I paid this place seven hundred sixty four dollars for the repair of my thermal night sight to be repaired. After having it for over two months and many, many emails asking for updates. They finally answer me back saying they cannot repair it. But kept all of my money siting expenses incurred during the attempt to repair ***** NOT SEND YOUR EQUIPMENT TO BE REPAIRED THERE. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!Review from Jim S

yeah, wish i had done some research on this company...they have the worse communications. I think my item was repaired but can not verify it as it uses a special cable. Will update once i get a cable for it. But the whole experience with them is horrible. I do not recommend this company even if it is the only one who says they can repair it. consumer be ware!!!Review from Matt s

This company is a scam. They make their money on bogus storage fees. Your device will continue to accure storage fees by the day and then they will sue you for them. It's a total scam. Do not use this company.Review from Hank F

Had my mini2 drone repaired by ****. Paid $262 for repair and it wouldn't fly upon return. Reached out to them and they requested screenshot of error messages, which I did. Since then, several attempts to get a response from them have gone unanswered over several weeks. Don't deal with these people.Review from Alan W

We sent a Spectrophotometer in to repair a "motor error". They responded quickly saying they could repair the unit for $1000. Wanting the equipment back as soon as possible we overnighted a check for the repair. Then at the end of that day, after the check had been sent, they said they could not fix the unit and a lesser diagnostic fee was due. I requested twice for the $1000 check to be returned so the lesser amount could be sent. Crickets. I'm betting I will not hear anything again.Review from Anne D

We mailed our hyfrecator in Aug 2024 for an estimate. We told them "not" to repair because of their ridiculous high quote and to send the hyfrecator back. A month later we received emails that we were supposed to refuse the quote by clicking on a link and now have accumulated hundreds of dollars on storage fees? We are a medical office and have never heard of such a thing. Clearly, we refused the quote, this is standard. as other people have mentioned there is a diagnostic fee of $89 plus storage fees. We told them we will pay the diagnostic fee but not the storage fees. They would not accept that. We will not pay for storage fees, this is a scam. We even told them to not store anything, we don't want anything sent back. They refused to do that so they can keep charging us daily. This is not how businesses are conducted. We have had quotes and repairs by various companies for years and no one insists on keeping things so we can pay storage. We were clear of our decision. I think BBB needs to see this is purely a scam to make more money and clearly an unprofessional business.Review from Doug B

On August 02, 2024 I received a message saying my unit was "being serviced". The quote stated it required 6 hours of labor. It is now September, 18, 2024 ( almost 7 weeks) and I still do not have an answer as to when my unit will be done. This is after I have already paid $1,045.83 for the repair. I'm afraid I might have been scammed for $1,045.83. Plus I don't even have my original unit back either.I tried calling, but the recording asks for your "advisor's 3 digit extension" which of course is something they have never given me. Just another way for them to dodge your call.Review from William M

This is absolutely a scam operation. I sent an Activator V chiropractic adjusting tool which needed a new circuit board soldered in and was otherwise in perfect working order. They kept it for months, only communicated with me when I asked about it, finally decided they couldn't fix it, and when they finally sent it back, they sent an entirely different unit and stole the battery out of it. I'm glad I "only" lost $350 on a $2,000 tool, but I wish that I had never gotten involved with this group.Review from Glenn W

they are dishonest and should be shut down.They told me they could fix and then said they could not and charged me more than they cost.They harrassed me-so I ended up paying to get ride of them. NEVER ever had such a bad experience with a company.
