  see attached I hired this company to do some remodeling inside and outside "yard" work. In 5/11/23 he half did what I ask him to do and made a total mess out of everything he did. When I ask him to do thing over (he told me his work was guarantee) I was really sick at the time I am 84 yr old. He really took advantage of me over $5,564.90 worth. My house and yd is a total mess. I found out that he took things out of my shed I tried calling he will not return my call.

  This lady came to us because all the companies she has hired have quit on her. Her exact words.  
  
  i felt bad for her because she was a nice old lady at first & she said she had major health problems & watering her yards was very difficult.  We did many jobs for this lady, about two week or more of solid work. 
  she inspected all our work daily. In fact she paid every time right after inspecting work & was very happy.  Then when we finish the work completely, she paid for our services very happily.  About two weeks later she said she had a huge tree that was supposedly dead, I went to see what the problem was immediately. Customer said she wanted to do some changes to the planter boxes because she said a tree expert advised her to do soo.  We changed it like she agreed to have it done. She was happy afterwards.
  
  then a month later she said the tree was still dying & we had to do something different. She was crying & being difficult by telling us we killed her tree, this super green beautiful tree still beautiful looking when arrived for the 3rd time to see job.  I asked her what is the problem & she said she had a week of life left & how her home flooded by her water heater busted, she hired some people who abandoned job. She said she hadn’t showed in a week, doctors can’t do surgery on her etc… so she was very sad. I asked her what would make her happy & she said to remove the planter box water barrier & put her planter box like before so tree won’t die.  We worked two people all day to make this happen for her at NO CHARGE because we gave a warranty of our workmanship. She after that day said if I had a $6 can of spray paint that was used to paint some items in her home. We used most the paint & the tip of the spray can got dry up & we disposed in her trash. She also said she had a bag of soil garden interior in her shed & it was gone. I said I don’t need dirt so I’m not sure where it was. She said she found the empty bag of dirt in her trash can & we stole the dirt.  Btw this bag maybe cost $7.   Why would I take $13 in what she calls materials & burn my company?   I work at super high millions of dollars homes, why steal from this old lady? 
  I strongly feel that she has developed alzimers or lost of memory.  She has been calling me to come & work on new projects & I stoped picking up her calls. She has called the police on me because I won’t go work for her.  This is crazy!! Then she blames me for her health problems.   I don’t want her as a customer.   I will be forced to sue her for defamation & slandering a company.  Any loss of time or money because her false statements will be accountable for in court.
