I lodged at the Four Seasons River Inn RV Park from August 2022 to November 2022. When I rented the cabin I was charged a 400 dollar deposit and assured it would be refunded on check out. I checked out in Nov 2022 and was told by ****** my deposit would be refunded back to my debit card within 2 weeks. It never was . I called in Dec and January to follow up. I was told to call back in February because it takes a long time for them to refund my deposit because they were changing their system over. I called back in Feb and they had blocked my number. I posted a bad review about my experience on ****** and received a call from ****** the host on 2/17/23 stating she was refunding my 400 deposit and that she had been sick and those left in charge screwed everything up. She sent me a text to show she had submitted the refund and indeed it showed on my account as pending. She followed up days later and I told her it was still pending and had not deposited. I checked my account a few days later to see if the transaction had cleared and it was no longer there. Wells Fargo stated FOUR Seasons River Inn RV Park Delta Colorado submitted the refund of 400 dollars and voided it the same day. It continued to show as pending on my account because of the weekend. I contacted ****** whom stated she apologizes for the mix up and will submit the refund again. They never did and no one has contacted me. They owe me my money and refuse to pay me. After reading their reviews there are about 10 other customers complaining of the same thing. I left their property in great condition. I also have all the communications with ****** the host as well. Please help.Customer response

In regards to complaint #******** regarding my issue with Four Seasons River Inn RV Park Delta Colorado. I have finally received my refund from them in full. It posted to my bank account on 2/27/23. The company did contact me and State BBB had been in conversation with them regarding my complaint. They also asked that I contact BBB once I receive my refund. They have made good on what they owed me. THANKS FOR THE HELP YOU GAVE ME!????
