  I need some help with what I believe is a scam, I fell for it. On 10/20/23 I ordered some ammunition from Browns Ammunition (in ********). The order # ****. Paid by PayPal ($200.75). Received confirmation of the purchase. I received tracking information and when I checked it showed a delivery date of 10/24/23. On 10/24/23, I received notification from the shipping company (Express Mail Shipping) that they made a mistake. The package required insurance. The insurance was $150.00. Was told this payment is fully refundable. I paid it thru PayPal (family and friends option as they instructed). As the days passed I received more emails asking for more refundable fees: $200.00 for city permits, $100.00 to get the permits stamped, and $100.00 for ************ and permission to deliver (was told this was the last fee). Like an idiot I trusted them that this was refundable. About the time I paid the last $100 I received another email saying they made an error and the fee for ************ and permission to deliver was $200.00 and needed to send another $100.00. I have refused to send any more fees. I have requested that Browns Ammo either ship the package and refund the $550.00 fees or cancel the order and refund my fees and purchase price. As of Monday (10/21) I was requested again to pay the $100.00. I refused and gave him the same options. Was contacted on Friday, 11/24 to pay the additional $100.00. Did not respond. I have the purchase receipt and all of the emails, text message and the PayPal transactions.   I ordered 6 boxes of Nosler Custom Ammunition 7mm STW 140 Grain AccuBond ******* bullets using paypal. A charge had never gone through on my paypal account. After having not received the order, I contacted them via text to ************. They had me venmo $162 to @******-Morphy-1 on 5-8-23. Then they wanted me to send them another $100. Then their supposed shipping company wanted $150.08 for city permit to insure safety of the package and they would refund $135. Shipping company phone number is **********. I did not pay this.Please note: there was not a valid address for this company other than ********, so the address I used in this form was to just get past that page so I could complete the form. The email address and URL are correct.
