      I reached out to Poppy on June 23rd, 2023 via Instagram DM inquiring about a muffler delete. He responded and quoted me $350 for a custom axle back with 4 inch tips and promised me I could keep the old muffler. On June 25th I paid a $100 dollar deposit for the appointment which was scheduled for Wednesday, June 28th. The appointment went fine and I paid the remaining $250 but I didn't get my exhaust tips because "distribution company forgot your tips so they won't be here until tomorrow" We later agreed that I would come back at 2:00 Thursday the 29th for the tips and stock muffler. At 1:37 pm on Thursday Poppy canceled on me stating that he; "had some stuff pop up"I tried to reschedule something for the weekend to get my stuff. He said he usually doesn't work weekends; to which I responded "keep me updated"He did not keep me updated. I had to reach back out on the 4th of July and the 5th before he responded, agreeing I can come by the 6th or 7th to get the tips and muffler. I asked if 3 o'clock worked to which I got no response. I also messaged him the 6th and 7th to get the tips to which I also got no response. Friday night he finally responded. Stating that he "had the tips at the shop" and that he "can do any day next week at my convenience" I responded, asking if Monday at 3 worked to which I got no reply. Monday the 10th I messaged him asking for a date once again. Monday passed and so did the rest of the week with no reply. It's been almost 10 days since I've heard back. I've tried to call his number and his Instagram which led to no answer and to him hanging up. All this poor communication really makes me feel like I was scammed out of my old exhaust and the exhaust tips.
