I have filed a complaint in the past over a different issue with the same dealership over the same vehicle now the problem has escalated even further to recap the previous situation was they lied on a contract so the bank reassigned the contract back to them I am not able to get documentation of this because the will only speak to a attorney which I cannot afford at the moment as I am temporarily disabled I am currently working with Colorado legal services to resolve these problems however there is a new situation the vehicle has been repossessed by the dealership without notice and all my belongings were disposed of I spoke to the owner ****************** to ask for more information and an explanation I was unable to get in contact with him until January 10th **** through email payment for the vehicle is due every 23rd of the month on November 23rd I was unable to make the payment due to New Wave auto being closed I called the owner ****************** and was told they would reopen after the holidays on November 24th I called the dealership to make my payment none of the employees there were able to take my payment due to no One knowing what exactly was going on with my vehicle and my contract on November 25th I was in **************** visiting family when I called to make the payments the employee would not accept the payments that same day when I arrived home the vehicle was gone I asked that you please conduct a thorough investigation as last time ****************** was able to brush it off there is many errors and contractual mistakes made since May I have been on time with all my payments excluding November 23rd due to being closed for Thanksgiving they did not accommodate any other form of payment other than by phone which would make it very difficult on myself I believe if the payment arrangement had been accommodated a little bit better or arranged in a different form I would have been able to pay on the 23rd online regardless of them being open or closed please help

New wave has not responded until 1/8/24

All the items have been disposed of due to New Wave not responding I called multiple times since the 25 when the vehicle was repossessed the vehicle was repossessed with no notice nor was I advised of what towing company took the vehicle every time I called nobody knew about my deal with the owner because the owner made a weird deal because New Wave lied on the service contract that was given to United Auto within the first 2 months United Auto released my contract due to undisputed discrepancies from the dealer at that time the dealer agreed to keep everything the same as the original contract if New Wave had done things accordingly I would be dealing with a bank and not with a dealership that repossessed the vehicle unfairly the payment was due on the 23rd of November which was a holiday I spoke to ****************** who told me they were closed and to call back after the holiday I called on the day of the 24th none of the employees knew what I was talking about and said I had to wait for ****************** my wife called on the 25th to make a payment and they would not accept it only to find out when we arrived home the vehicle had already been gone I was not advised of the repossession so I did report it stolen several days later and officer reached out stating that vehicle had been repossessed I reached out to New Wave and they kept giving me run around after running around please look deeper into this!

I was approved to finance a Kia ***** 2018 from New wave Auto Brokers car lot. This occurred on 9/5/23, the down payment requested was $2100. I had at the time $1300. The salesman came up with a deal to where I would then pay the remainder balance within two weeks from that date. We came across the employment verification process and they contacted my managers for both my jobs that I recently lost due to them calling so many times and requesting pay stubs that I already gave them. They harassed me and my supervisor stating that the paystubs were fake when they were clearly not fake. I had the vehicle in my possession for twenty two days and drove to and from work and the grocery store. The manager ***** refused to give me my down payment back and had humiliated me by shouting and cursing at me stating racial slurs in their office I couldnt do anything but cry at that point I felt so embarrassed and hurt emotionally. My two children were at home waiting for me to return with the vehicle and excited but they kept my $2100 down payment and told me that they are not giving me anything back .The last payment I made was on 9/22/23 of $300 to complete the down payment amount . The salesman **** who I worked with excepted that payment knowing that the bank returned the loan and decided not to finance me at that time . That helped me discover that the company had then scammed me and my children put $2100 knowing the bank wasnt going to finance the loan weeks prior to me adding more miles by the day . New wave auto waited until the down payment was completed knowing that United Auto Credit denied the loan. They also added that I must pay for a repossession fee out of the down payment money as well as the detailing fee and daily fee of $50 and then ************* per mile that was added since the purchase date 9/5/23.

I will like to respond to the business at New wave auto .

They stated I had fraudulent documents that was a complete lie because my paystubs were actual paystub from a recent job that was terminated.

I had to create one additional paystub that I copied and pasted from the company website that I had no longer access to their employee benefits webpage through workday because I no longer worked for that company .

The paystubs provided were definitely authentic except for one that I created from my PC because they requested a date more recent then the other three paystubs I provided to them .

Im requesting a portion of my funds back due to the company scamming me and my children out of funds they planned to take from the beginning.

I provided proof of income and employment verification but they stated the bank revoked the loan when they never sent that copied paystub to the bank at all what so ever.

The bank approved the loan and the authentic paystubs provided was excepted within a two week period from the date of 9/5/23 when I signed their contract .

New wave auto stated that they felt the most recent paystub was fake so they did not send it to the bank at all . I will like to continue the complaint and it is not solved .

They stated they would call police department when Im the one who was robbed of $2100  and didn't even get a dime of my money back.

I also had to pay $150  to get my personal items out of the vehicle.

I refuse to allow that company to scam anyone else and or to get away with this negative action that has left me and my children without . Suffering anxiety and panic attacks from the injustice they caused us .

I will like to continue the complaint.

New Wave did not scam **************** out of anything.  The scam came when **************** created Fraudlent documentation to New Wave. **************** clearly admits in her complaint that she altered the documentation given to New Wave.  Furthermore, **************** when applying for her loan, filled out a credit application and signed it, implying that she was currently employed.  ****************, came in to New Wave intending to scam the company and bank.  She was not employed where she worked at, she had been terminated by her on admition in her complaint and fraudlently change information on her old pay stub to try to fraud the bank.

I bought a ****** 2022 VIN 4S3BWAB60N30007180 on March 11th 2023. From New Wave Auto Brokers and sales. Normal cosmetic issues for used car, noise under the floor started increasing I thought was the Cardboard and fabric cover was damaged and it was I just taped, then 5 weeks after 4 lights turning on it the dashboard, (check engine, eye sight, and 2 others for preventing car accidents. I request an appointment to ****** in ******** used to live there,Was on April 20th 2023 and the headache start reported the car was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, the sub frame probably is bent and has 4 sheets of codes in the past with this hidden history. The Technician said if i drive the car 60 - 65 mph you could have a serious accident could flip easily.Wow next day April 21st 2023, I drove the car not more than 40 mph to them in order to repair, and in that point I was able to change the car but they wanted to repair it.I requested some written paper the car now is SAFE TO DRIVE in order to return to ****** for approval inspection.Never happen, I decided to call United Auto Credit to explain the issue but takes weeks because the dealer didnt have a solution to my problem, finally they resale the contract with the dealer. With my first payment.I have the written report from ****** the pics they took. They dont want to refund my down payment. Is not fair. Beacause the car is UNSAFE TO DRIVE ******** (United Auto Credit)recover the money from this contract.New Wave recover the car, and l lost my money.Obviously at this point of the road want my refund in full.Down Payment $2,000.00 1st payment. $ ****** United Resales the contract to the dealer. ****************,

Brought his vehicle to us after he had it inspected.  We also had the vehicle inspected at ************* before *************** purchased it.  Which is recorded on the attached Carfax.  The wire that was rapped around the drive shaft was not there at time of sale. When ***************, let us know about the possible saftey concern, we let him know he needed to have it confirmed.  As you can see from the report given to him by ******, it was recommended that the vehicle go to body to confirm saftey concerns. We let **************** know before we could make any decisions about his vehicle, he needed to take the vehicle back to ****** and have them give us documentation that there were actual saftey issues with the vehicle.  **************** never did this.  Instead he abandoned the vehicle at our dealership. The report he provided New Wave does not confirm there are any saftey issues with the vehicle. It says there maybe and the vehicle needed to go to body to confirm.  **************** did not make his payments according to his retail installment contract and we were required to purcahse his loan back from his bank.  ***************, also put over **** miles on the vehicle in 30 days. At this time New Wave would be willing ti refund $1000, out of goodwill.

I am rejecting this response because:
If the car was SAFE TO DRIVE  never  file a complaint.

And I am only asking what I paid out of my pocket. Not the time invested. Hopefully you can help solve the issue  and I will not have continue with other legal options.

      Sincerely,

I bought a 2012 F 150 on January 24, 2023. Within a few days we started having issues with the engine light coming on, the heater not working correctly and blowing fuses. We talked With **** about 2 weeks after we texted him and he said sorry he was going through a bunch of personal stuff so we contacted ***** and he talked to **** the ** and we were told it was a rebuilt motor and they would get us the information who rebuilt, still waiting in the mean time we tried to ***** the oil but the drain plug bolt is stripped and oil all over the bottom of the engine. Contacted **** and she thought it was weird because the motor was rebuilt now they keep playing games. They have it all over there dealership 30 days **** miles bumper to bumper warranty but of course they have delayed getting anything done and its like 2 months out and we keep getting the run around. They did this to my Mom ********************* as well until we had to get angry. They paid **** of a ******* charge. This place isnt honest at all. I ***************** tell me the 2012 had a rebuilt motor. The heat comes on when you turn it down to 60 and gets cold when you turn it up to 90 and it keeps blowing fuses and relays. We have parked the pickup because we are scared to drive the pickup plus the engine oil looks like black tar. We want the pickup fixed period. We will never recommend this place to no one RUN!!

      ***********,

Purchased his vehicle as-is no warranty. *********** was never told there was a rebuilt motor in this vehicle.  There is no paperwork showing a rebuilt motor was put in this vehicle. *************** vehicle does not qualify for our certified program because his vehicle mileage exceeds the mileage limit. However, *********** did purchase a service contract, if he is having mechanical issues he needs to contact his service contract company and have his vehicle looked at by a shop they approve.

8/3/2022 we purchased a 2010 ****** Titan pr4x, vehicle started ran during test drive, paid for it out right. Took it home parked it came Out an hour later to get dinner and truck cranked and wouldnt start, next morning went out cranked still no start tried three times the fourth time is started went to Oreilys first found out dealership put a small car battery into truck so paid $225.00 for new correct size battery 750amp thinking could be the problem since check engine light came on. Called the Dealerhsip husband was furious didnt help the manager a gay male made derogatory comments over the phone to my husband then when everything settled down they informed us we needed to get to a mechanic and diagnose the problem and they would pay for cost. Then when we went and Got battery in started great and strong then got home again went back out wouldnt start just crank. So had a mechanic come look at it, we changed the fuel pump, fuel pressure sensors, crankshaft sensor, still wouldnt start (mind you this all was from 8/5/2022). After all that we called back ti dealer and sussy the manager said we needed to take to ****** it took two weeks for ****** to even get truck in, $120 for diagnosis then they determined gas tank needed cleaning and reinstalled $1700.00 later NISSIAN two of the master tech ls directly said there is nothing else they can do to get this vehicle operable, oh and also this truck hasnt even been able to get to emission because it wont start.During nissian repair they found that my exhaust was installed upside down and no pipe from muffle back and the ground to my catylitic was ripped up, my tears shocks were shot, I replaced the cv joints after being told they were new. The truck was wrecked and repaired and missing parts. All this was found out by *******. This dealership the owner will not speak to us its always through ***** and we were told today by ***** she hasnt even opened out emails.
