For over two years, since the original work was done, we have had continuing problems with work quality, product failures and a poor customer experience ****************************** Coating was paid to apply exterior coating at our home located at *************************************. Within a few short months of installation of Lifetime products, we reported peeling and cracking to *****, the original Lifetime salesperson. For months, we continued to follow-up because our calls were not being returned. Eventually, we made contact with someone who informed us that ***** left the company. Several weeks later, someone eventually came to our house to assess the situation, she agreed that warranty services were necessary and she left without any action afterwards. We repeated the process of constantly calling Lifetime for status and learned that the person who came out was no longer with the company either. In July 2020, a little progress was made when someone from Lifetime actually came to the house and did some warranty work. The installer described all of the defects and flaws of workmanship the previous person from Lifetime did wrong. Intermittently, over the course of about two weeks, the installer completed power washing, adding flake, and top-coating. The top-coating was applied when outside temperatures were in excess of 100 degrees. The day of application, the top-coat began bubbling all over, popping like popcorn and drying with holes in the top coat all over. In some areas, the top coat was applied so thick that is caused slipping hazards when it dried. Again, we began the task of calling repeatedly to get the poor workmanship and product defects/failures corrected. We were told how Covid was impacting Lifetimes business and how you were having difficulty finding workers. We continued to call and we were reasonably patient.To date, Lifetime Coating has failed to correct the problems and honor their commitments. I have sent communications to the *** who is aware but ignores mCustomer response

In response to the BBB's request for clarification, the last contact that I had with Lifetime Coating was on July 29, 2022. *************************, President and COO of Lifetime Coating contacted me asking for context about a Customer Review that I posted in response to their advertisement on ************* I provided **** with the same information previously provided to ******************* *************************************************************** CEO of Lifetime Coating. I have not received any additional responses.
