The week of July 4 I tried to call to cancel my July marketplace policy. I first went through my health insurance provider, who then told me I could not cancel through them and would have to go through marketplace. After long wait times on the phone, I hung up to try again after the Fourth of July. On July 5th, I learned that they were enjoying four day holiday. No problem. I called as early as possible around 9 AM on July 8 to inform them that Id like to cancel my July policy and I was told that I would need to keep my policy for the month of July. I could cancel it for August. *********, rather abrupt even during the, qualifying questions, sent me to the escalation department who was unavailable to take my call. I learned that nobody was available and that they would just give me a reference number and somebody would eventually get back to me, but with no exact time parameter. When I initially set up my plan with marketplace, I was succinct with what I needed and they set it up incorrectly as I learned about a month earlier. I now have company provided healthcare as of July 1. I would like my July premium refunded from Marketplace of $600+ and that would resolve this complaint.

Connect for Health ** is SUCH a joke! My Friday health insurance went bankrupt forcing me to get new health insurance by September 1. So I did that, and even went to a doctors appointment, then within a few months I was told my insurance was cancelled because they hadn't received payment. I then checked my bank account and the payments were scheduled to go through but for some reason the new health insurance wouldn't receive it and I had no idea and received zero notifications that they weren't paid. So I instantly tried to fix it and get insured. Now they will NOT insure me because I missed a payment, that I had no idea did not go through as it was still scheduled with my bank when I checked, the insurance just wouldn't receive it on their end for some reason unknown to me. So now they're saying I have to remain uninsured and wait until Jan ****when I've been trying to pay this entire time!!!! Our government truly stinks.

I was hired by this company, started training 2 days ago, I was taking out of the training class without any warning. Was told that I was not keeping up with , their mandatory way of training, I think it is very unfair and unprofessional for them to take some out of training without warning and not giving someone enough time to see how one can learn things about their system. Overall to me the instructors are not very qualified to teach , and the way the training is set up is very unrealistic and unreliable. How can the company expect for someone to learn in 2 days all their information given, and all they do is make you read courses online and give quizzes, and with only trainers talking fast and teaching things in a way that is not understandable, and in fact instructors are not even sure what they are teaching. It is very unfair how the company handle things , and give not warring to new trainees. To me this company is very shady on how they handle training, that I know, no one can learn all the material they give in the second day of training. Unreality way of training. Very unfair Company. They need to learn to be more professional. I would not recommend to work for this company. Very disappointed.

Have been trying to cancel and then fix our policy since October of last year. Have spent well over 30 hours calling them and insurance company and at this time we have LOST money by using them. Have been told multiple times it is fixed only to see that they made it even worse each time. I don't trust anything they say anymore. I have never had a worse experience in my life dealing with any other company, A D- BBB rating is too kind. Truly stay away from this company if you value your mental health.

Connect for health is nothing short of a NIGHTMARE!!!!! how this is still able to be in business is beyond me. Getting ANYTHING fixed is impossible. The customer service is the worst. People will just pick up and hang up without a word. It is just the absolute worst.

Terrible experience with Connect for Health. I purchased a policy as guided there via an agent. Needed a stopgap as I lost my job thus insurance. It was month to month and told I could of course cancel when I needed to; which I did when I got a new job and insurance. I got a bill the next month - called and they said it was cancelled and not to worry. This happened each of the next 2 months and I was told the same thing - not to worry. January 1 I received a notice I was sent to COLLECTIONS for roughly $3,000 for this amount. I called the insurance company and they had record of it but Connect for Health refused accept that. I along with insurance companies tried calling - got voicemails only. I tried calling once we started the appeal - I got voicemails only. Once I got a person, the call disconnected, and I never heard from them after that. It is still in the appeal process but I would never suggest Connect for Health to anyone. They are to be here to help patients in need but they send me to collections after I had lost a job? Not quite sure how that is helping a patient and his family in need.

All the other reviews are spot on - Connect for Health Colorado is the WORST!!! My plan renews in January so I have spent many Holiday Seasons on terminal hold and getting nowhere with customer service. It's incredibly frustrating and negatively affects my mental health having to deal with them. I have PTSD when I have to call them. STAY AWAY!

Their training program is very poor. They let me ********** during the training period because I asked too many questions! Why? Because there were areas I didn't comprehend. (Isn't that what new employees do if they don't understand something?) The average period of ANYONE learning a new job is between 3-6 months. Connect for Health Colorado needs to review their training expectations for new employees and review their trainers. After that experience, I wouldn't want to work for them.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Had to call 14 times to fix billing problem. Then cancelled policy which was not done. Then I cancelled and still had to pay over $1000 dollars. Never. Ever. Use this company. Go to the source of insurance. Was totally NOT worth it!
