We ordered some pizza on January 17th form Dominos. This is a new store and we have never ordered from them but its now the store that delivers to our address. I received a call from the delivery driver that she wasnt sure if she delivered to the right address because the guy said he didnt think it was theirs. I told her she delivered to the wrong address and she apologized and told me she would return to the store and ask the manager to comp our order, remake our pizza and deliver it for free. Additionally she asked if there was anything else we would like and I told her breadsticks. I then called the store to make sure that is what actually happened and the manager told me that he was not told about it. He then proceeded to get very snarky and rude basically accusing me of entering the wrong address. I have the email for the order and it shows our address but no unit number. I told him there must be an issue with their system because *** ordered from the other store multiple times and never had a problem. He continued to blame me but said he would go ahead and remake the pizzas at no charge.Today I see the charge posted on my account with the tip! I called the corporate office who told me they would contact the franchisee and have them get in touch with me by the end of the day. Never heard from the franchise. *** disputed the charge If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They delivered my pizza to the wrong apartment because somehow their system defaulted to that address. Im told by the delivery person that she will tell her manager to remake it and we will get the order for free so I call the store ensure thats what really happened and the condescending manager said he told her to leave the order at that address because thats what was on the order. This is a new store and prior to this store handling our deliveries we never had any issues. The manager was totally condescending, rude and unprofessional and kept trying to blame me when their system defaulted to the wrong apartment.No attempt at customer service whatsoever! So my ******************** was not reordered and then I get to deal with Mr. unprofessional. Avoid this store like the plague. We wont ever be ordering Dominos again! Had to come back to add that though we were told we would not be charged for the order they went ahead and put it through anyway. Zero integrity! To add insult to jury the pizza was terrible. Disputing with my bank and have called the corporate office but got no response from the franchise. If you want to deal its an absolute nightmare order from this Dominos!its my bank but Id like the $67.34 refunded by the business since that is what I was promised.
