      Fluid sold one of our vans in April 2024, and we have yet to receive the proceeds of the sale. Initially they told us they changed to payments being sent ***** days after the sale, but we have not received the funds from this sale. They also have not paid us on an insurance claim from 2023, for one of our vans that sold. The claim as almost $5K, so not a small amount of funds. During the time we have been owners, communication has been horrible, vans went unrented for months at a time and we had to ask why. We would find out they were in the shop, but 0 communication to us to tell us what was happening. Meanwhile, we had to still fund these vans at a total of $40,000 over the past 3 years, due to low profits from the rentals. I have sent countless emails that have zero response and if i do get a response, it is "we are looking into this matter". This company is holding our funds, which we need to pay ourselves back form the years and years of losses. We have another van that sole in July and we have zero idea of the sale proceeds. Super frustrating as an owner and I would never recommend this company as an investment.

      This company is using predatory collection tactics and is not following the terms set forth in an agreement that was made between one of it's account managers and I. *********** is using the demobilization feature on the vehicle as a weapon and has demobilized my vehicle a number of times within the last week. Twice threatening to leave me stranded in another state. One example of this abuse was last Wednesday while I was traveling home from *********. My vehicle was demobilized atleast 10 times that day. And I was told by the account managers *********** that my vehicle was demobilized due to non payment from the week before. The problem is, is that the payment they were referring to had indeed been made. They *********** just weren't aware and demobilized my vehicle while I was traveling home. I am dealing with a great deal of hostility from this company. My vehicle is currently demobilized now as a punishment of some sort and the company is demanding full payment or is threatening to rescind my contract. *********** is disregarding an agreement we were finalizing in regards to any past due payments and is using predatory collection tactics to try to resolve this matter.

      Expressing deep dissatisfaction with Fluid Truck, Our experience has been marred by significant financial losses, gross mismanagement, & a lack of transparency. We purchased a Promaster outside of their VIP program & integrated it into their platform under their management. Over the past 2 years, our van has generated $9,000, (equivalent to $4500 a year) This is a ***** contrast to the the advertised potential $15,000 per year earnings, adding to our disappointment. In addition to the inadequate revenue, we have incurred costs over $13,000 & in deficit. There have been instances where our van generated no revenue for months, only for us to discover that it was parked in a location they didn't know of. After bringing this to their attention & wanting our van returned suddenly it was booked for a long term **************** could not get our van back. Subsequently, months later same issue no revenue generated for months, then suddenly a long-term reservation has been made for 12/6/23 1/15/24 preventing us again from getting van back. We demand that no reservation be made & return van back to us. What is strange is that according to their report on 12/11/23 Fluid Truck fueled the van, contradicting the ongoing long-term reservation from 12/6/23 to 1/15/24. With their lack of transparency & honesty we believe they continue to profit off our asset without payment us. Furthermore, they insist on charging an additional $500 decommission fee, exacerbating our financial strain. They have removed tracking features from our van, hindering our ability to monitor its location. Additionally, our dashboard lacks updates on the latest reservation they we have yet to be for. We dem& the immediate return of our asset before the end of January **** without the unjust $500 decommission fee. This letter serves as our second formal request for the immediate return of our van & a resolution to these ongoing issues. We expect transparency, adherence to agreements, & fair treatment.

      Another report sent showing no revenue generated on our asset that they stated as been rented from 12/6/23.  They continue to keep our vehicle and profit off of and continue to to have us carry the financial burden of the trucks monthly payment.  They still have not returned my email from 12/23/2023.

      Additional evidence highlights the company's lack of transparency and their willingness to fabricate information to continue profiting from our asset without compensating us. Interestingly, our van was never booked from December 6, 2023, to January 15, ****, rendering no revenue eligible for payout during that period. Upon contacting their generic customer service representative, we discovered that the vehicle was, in fact, rented on January 11, ****, for a few hoursan aspect they initially concealed but later admitted. The proposed $700 credit was an attempt to retain the generated revenue, coupled with charging us a decommission fee that has no relevance to our situation. In essence, this would result in a mere $200 credit after consistently making our $646.20 monthly van payments for over three months amidst the ongoing deception.  This could have been all avoided if they would have just returned vehicle back to us when we asked in October.  And even to this day we have not received once since service receipt for repairs that were made on van.

      I entered into a contract extension with Fluid in August for 5 of the vans we are renting from the company. A representative was sent out to sign me up and go over the terms. During the process I specifically asked if maintenance, wear and tear and any replacement vehicles would be covered and was told absolutely. I signed the contract under the impression that they would hold true to their commitment to me and my company. In the past if at any time a vehicle was down they would send a replacement vehicle with no additional charge. Since, I have had two vehicles go down. One was hit while parked and unoccupied in front of the warehouse and I purchased insurance protection on that van when I signed contract. The second went down due to mechanical issues. Both vehicles were in contract when I extended the same contract on a long term basis and since Fluid advises me they changed their policy. When I asked for the date and literature the company has failed to provide it to me. I asked for the legal department and never got a response. I requested a refund for money they have charged me as both vans are not in my possession and inoperable. The company continues to refuse to reimburse me for the money they are wrongfully charging me for as well as provided me with their policy. I believe what they're doing is borderline fraudulent and would just like them to honor their end of the contract and reimburse me for the money they rightfully owe me. I would prefer avoiding having legal action taken against them.

      My encounter with Fluid Truck has been nothing short of a nightmare. After a regrettable incident involving one of their vehicles causing damage to my property, I reached out to them for assistance and resolution. Little did I know that I was about to embark on a frustrating and disheartening journey that would leave me feeling abandoned and utterly disappointed. Despite waiting for several months, their response, or rather lack thereof, made it abundantly clear that they had no intention of taking responsibility for the damage caused.The sheer level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by ********************************************* is appalling. From the moment I reported the incident, I was met with nothing but empty promises and constant delays. Countless emails went unanswered, It became increasingly evident that they had no intention of addressing the issue promptly or providing any form of compensation for the damage they had caused.To make matters worse, when I finally managed to get a response after months of persistence, I was met with the shocking revelation that I was on my own. Fluid Truck blatantly refused to acknowledge their responsibility, citing absurd excuses and shifting the blame onto external factors beyond their control. It was a devastating blow, realizing that I would have to shoulder the financial burden of repairing the damage.In the end, my experience with Fluid Truck has left me feeling utterly betrayed and unsupported. Their lack of professionalism and failure to take responsibility for the damage they caused is not only a clear reflection of their character but also a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution anyone considering engaging with this company to think twice, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and unwilling to rectify their mistakes. Save yourself the heartache and frustration by seeking out a company that values its customers and upholds its responsibilities.

      I rented a truck through the fluid app on April 30th, 2023. The app wasn't working for me to submit photos at the time of pick up. I tried multiple times. I have a witness to attest to this.Fuel gauge was fluctuating all over the place. And fuel was at half a tank or less when I picked it up. On top of that the truck was leaking oil all over place, vibrated to a point it felt unsafe when driving. The cabs roof was also torn open.I drove a total of 30 miles as you can see by the attached photos. I called Fluid support and they were no help that day. That fuel charge is absolute BS, I used 1-2 gallons of fuel at the very most. I did not feel safe driving the vehicle any more then absolutely necessary. If they charge me 10 or 15 I would not have disputed it. Now they are sending the 20 dollar charge to collections and will charge an additional 50 on top of it.

      We rented Dn410 from 8/18/2021 to 4/07/2022 The truck was asked back for a inspection and service. and our free mile were taken away. The rental includes ****** miles with the rental. We drove ****** miles ***** miles left over from inspection. We have been charged numerous times. For miles when we are owed the miles. We recently just got charge $794.29 for miles. We want our money back. This is bad business and we have already went somewhere else for our trucking needs. Do the right thing and please give us what is owed.
