    ***** Woldu's team conducted business very poorly. Completion of work was not met and he has no interest in satisfying us with the work. To my surprise, after not receiving satisfactory results with the work, I found out that I had no one else to help me because I was dealing with the owner since day one. The franchise owner is ***** and I feel helpless because there is no one else that I can find to help me to get the repairs complete and done right. Because of this, I am sharing with everyone to stay away from ***** Water Damage and any companies under BELFOR. They were recommended by Allstate, for being under BELFOR Company. I trusted the recommendation and my insurance company, since I was under distress with the water damage to my home.Did not show up on time, very poor communication and poor quality of work. If I could share images of the quality of work and the owner, saying via text that there's nothing wrong with all items, I would, for everyone to see. I would miss work, to be home many times for the repairs and they would show up 2-4 hours after the time they would need to be there and I wouldn't receive any communication if any delays. The quality of the work is very poor. Trim moldings, baseboards, doors and flooring were not cut according to measurement and would overlap or have gaps. Drywall work is just a patch of filler, no sanding and the owner thinks that's okay. Poor color match. They don't paint doors 100%, leaving unpainted parts around the handles and on the panels, and the owner thinks that's okay, too. Newly, installed parts were damaged and the owner would only apply filler to cover up their mistake. They struggled with cutting pieces to fit, such as doors; they won't close. ***** is yet to want to make this right. It's unacceptable to conduct business like he does and I don't wish upon this experience, even on my worst enemy. As a homeowner, I want to share this feedback and will continue to spread the word anywhere that I possibly can.
