I purchased a connector that showed availability. When I checked on the status, because I had not received the connector, it said it was backordered until July. I proceeded with ordering from a different source due to the need to get a harness repaired. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising and I should be refunded the full amount for WEB-SO25982780. However, I received this message:Hi ******, Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately your order WEB-SO25982780 could not be cancelled, the vendor declined. Thank you for your understanding. If you have questions, contact us. You can also find answers in the **************** FAQ section on our website.Sincerely,Rka | Arrow ************* Domestic: ************** International: ************** This is not good customer service and I take that into account when placing orders for Lockheed ******. In this case, the supplier drop-ships directly to the customer and they will not allow us to cancel. The supplier has recently updated their ship date to March 30, 2022. However, for the inconvenience, we will provide the customer with a full credit and refund once the customer receives the parts.
