Ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift, over$60. Poor quality shirt and barely visible picture which was crooked on the back. Attempted to return but company requires a picture to be sent and my phone does not have that capacity. This seems like an unreasonable request, and have never dealt with a company that requires this. Obviously, they do not want items returned and are out to scam buyers. Will never do business with them again and would suggest to future buyers, unless the like to waist money, they reconsider buying from society6.

terrible company. horrible customer service. no refunds, even when the site shows inaccurate description.

I have been with Society 6 for several months now, I joined after the new fee structure started, and I had absolutely no problem paying the $13 a month because I was that confident in my designs, especially my patterns that *** spent years working on, but as of today I have deactivated my account and Im washing my hands of them. At one point, I had to actually complain to the BBB because theyve been taking my money but when you go to my profile, if youre lucky enough to find it, itll have that I have two or three designs, maybe one or two collections, which could not be the furthest thing from the truth. I spent months listing my patterns And creating collections and I had a good site. They promised to have it fixed, just to give them a couple of weeks.. well, how about four months? And it still makes it look like I barely have anything on my profile.. my patterns, products, and artwork are there when you 50 actually scroll down, but whos gonna scroll down when they think theres nothing to scroll down to? I feel like I spent almost $200 on nothing, my profile was unsearchable for my family and friends, I have very specific designs that shouldve been very easy to find when searched for, but guess what that never happened. I was told this would be a good company to join, and I thought the tier system wouldve worked in my favor, but it was just a giant rip off and loss of my hard earned money. Money Ill never see again, money wasted, time wasted, and Im probably even wasting my time doing reviews and filing complaints because its quite obvious the people running this company do not give a c*** they just want to take what they can and only promote a very small ************************* that they already have relationships with and if you dont fit that small bit of criteria, (which is actually a form of discrimination once you realize the criteria you need to fit) dont waste your time or your money.

I purchased 4 pillow shams that arrived with stains all over them. When I contacted customer support they told me it was part of the design and in order to receive a refund I had to ship the product back to them at my expense

exemplary customer service they stand behind their products we had a few issues and their customer service team was very prompt in replying and resolving

My art print arrived damaged as the packaging was bent and torn during transport. I emailed customer service regarding the issue and I received a replacement in the mail 2 days later. I appreciate their prompt response. The art print is very good quality and was reasonably priced. I will purchase from Society6 again.

I purchased two sets of curtains from society six, and they are mismatched, and I cannot seem to even with trying to formalize a complaint or request to replace with a complete two sets of curtains. I am unable to even submit my request to replace. I am forced to formalize a complaint, because even with this phone number that is through a pass-through phone system they just direct you to fill out your complaint on their online portal which does not work.

I tried to upload my artwork to sell on society6.com. When I went to the site to where I would locate my artwork for sale I type in the title names of my works but my artwork is nowhere to be found. It wont even come up when I type in the exact title name. All that comes up is other artist who work does not even go with the word that I search with. Like I have a work with a cat on it so I typed in the search feline and pictures of cowboys, and dishes came up? So its like impossible to sell on that website because they wont make it where you can find your work. I dont even think they publish your work unless they think it will sell , and they will only sell from certain artists. Which is not fair . I am not happy with my experience with society6 as a seller. Which ***** because I really needed to make some income and I thought that it was the perfect way to sell my art. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a credenza that cost more than 1k. I expected quality. It came in a box just like ikea furniture. The quality was horrible. I reached out to let them know and just got a snap shot of their policy that furniture is final sake.
