There is no way to manage the user profile on their website, especially credit card information for memberships. There is only a phone number to contact "customer support" which is just a funnel to a sales person who tries to talk you out of canceling. I canceled my TravelAssist last year, and they charged me again this year, and don't provide a way to resolve the issue.Review from Jeb D

Read the fine print on your contact. The refrigerator went out on our 2022 springdale good *** will not cover the shipping on the fridge so our bill will be $518.00. So we payed $2800 for the extended warranty plus the deductible and shipping we could of just bought a new fridge it a waste of money !!!Review from Wendy D

That said, Good *** does not own or operate any campgrounds, we just partner with them to provide a broad choice of options where our members can get a discount. horrible company to do business with. No only they didn't get me a tow, but lied in 2 different instances. By far this is tge worse company I've dealt with in the rv industry. I called Good *** today for some pricing and coverage info on a Tire and Wheel Protection Package. Sunday was the lady who took my call. She made several errors when capturing my info (same error several times). When quoting coverage, she quoted the wrong category of coverage, twice. Finally, when I said I would need to think a bit about the coverage vs cost, she hung up on **** called a different number and spoke to a man named RV (yes, that is the name he confirmed for me). He was impatient with my questions and got rid of me by saying, Look, let me just send you the contract and you can read all about the coverage. So, my customer service experience was very poor and I wont be doing business with ********** current roadside assistance contract ends in about a month and I wont be renewing it.Good Sam Enterprises, LLC Response

I cannot recommend this company. We were told we should pay for membership when purchasing our trailer, not knowing Good *** and Camping World are connected. So its basically a scam. We were stranded for hours on the side of the freeway and spoke to 6 different Good *** employees and not a one of them had any idea of what they were doing. We never did get any assistance and supervisors have never returned calls.Review from Sandra R

Recently at a campground, I broke my ankle. I was placed in an and taken to a small town hospital. At that point, I called good **** and they couldnt help me because I had not been admitted yet because I had to be shipped to aI was placed in a and taken to a small town hospital. At that point, I called good **** and they couldnt help me because I had not been admitted yet because I had to be shipped to a different hospital that could actually take care of my ankle. I was in sedated, my ankle set, and ship to ****************. Once I reach there, they took x-rays sedated Me and reset my ankle. First thing that morning I was taking to surgery and again sedated. I honestly didnt think about calling. Did *** through all of this except for when I first got to ER. When I got to my daughters, I got a hold of Good ***. Since that was almost a week later, I had already paid someone to go get my motorhome and my dogs so they wouldnt die. Good *** said they could not reimburse me for anything at that point, ambulance, recovery of my motorhome, and taking my dogs home, which was several hours from my house. I got a hold of them later because I needed to get my motorhome from my daughters house to my house, which is a 3 Hour **** and I also needed to get myself home. They said they would check into that and I have not heard from them yet. They did nothing for me. They didnt pay the ambulance cost, they didnt help me recover my motorhome and get it home, They didnt help me get home, or get my animals home. I actually talked to a more times than I said in the short paragraph but that was the gist of most of the conversations. I unfortunately signed up for five years in the elite program, and Im not sure I can get a refund . And I also have the medical assist program whatever that is called. They did not do anything they promised.Review from Gary B

After a day and a half trying to get a vehicle towed by Good ***, I'm at my wit's end. First, they said they ordered a tow truck and that I'd get a text. No text, no tow truck after several hours. Called again and they said to place order the next day since it was getting late and the dealership would be closed. Placed an order the next day. Got a text saying tow truck would arrive in 45 minutes. No tow truck. Called the towing company and they had no order. Called dispatch and somebody, apparently in some other country, couldn't find anything out using my case number. But he said somebody was working on it but didn't know who, what department, or anything else, probably because he made it all up to get me off the phone. Then I called customer service and the rep said it was being escalated and I'd get a call within 15 minutes. An hour later, still no call. Called again and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said she would send the problem to their department that deals with dispatch failures. (Has Good *** ever thought about getting a dispatch contractor that works so they don't need a failure department?) To make a long story short, after more no-calls from Good *** I called once again and finally got a tow truck scheduled and they picked up the vehicle. I've never experienced such a poor level of service in my life!Review from Joseph B

If I could give a lower rating I would. This has been the absolute worst company Ive dealt with as far as service goes. I signed up for a service that provides 1 free tow on a vehicle per year, along with other RV related services. Well when it comes time for me to actually use this service it was 6pm on a Sunday. It is now 3pm on Monday and I have been transferred nearly 10 times throughout the day and still have no resolution to my issue. Unbelievable. Luckily I was able to get a ride out of where I was and wasnt towing my RV this time but if I was I would be even more irate than I am now. Im not sure if its grounds for false advertising but it certainly seems so to me. I was sold on an emergency service that I paid good money for and now its just ring around the ***** on the phone saying my account doesnt even exist. I would not recommend doing business with Good *** unless you like throwing money in the trash. Useless company with useless employees. Pay for AAA instead
