Victoria H******** from Cellular Plus Fort Collins quoted a price for 4 new iPhone 13 with our trade in of our iPhone 10's that we had with Sprint on Wednesday morning, 5-18-22. Victoria quoted a price of $156 per month plus change for 4 new iPhone 13-128, insurance, apple watches, cases and chargers. We liked the price and all of the additions and I back went to Cellular Plus Wednesday afternoon to finish the transfers. I again verified the $156 price Victoria had quoted in the morning and sat with her while we did credit check and completed data transfers from our iPhone 10 to the new iPhone 13. The 10's were all in great shape and working fine. My daughter **** went in Thursday 5-19-22 to finish some paper work and Victoria asked what the price she had quoted was and **** said $156 for 4 new iPhone 13-128, insurance, apple watches, cases and chargers. Three different times, Victoria NEVER said that the price was incorrect. We did verify that the transfers of information from our working 10 to the new 13's were good. Victoria said that once we verified the information was transferred correctly, they would ship our working iPhone 10's to Corporate. On Friday afternoon, I contacted Victoria H******** to get a clarification on the insurance. At that time, she informed me that she had made a mistake and that our price was not going to be $156 per month but $250 per month!! She acknowledged that she had made the mistake. I was shocked! I asked for Victoria's supervisor, Mike S******, territory manager for Cellular Plus. He said that this was just a mistake by Victoria that she admitted and there was not anything he could do to honor the price verbally quoted by Victoria H********. Mike said that we could be refunded all of our money or change the items we were promised by Victoria. Now where does that leave us??They sent our working iPhone 10's to corporate and if we go back in the 30 days given to return our phones we are left without a phone.Business response

Cellular Plus does apologize for the misinformation on the original price quote. The options that have been communicated to the complainant are the only options available, and the complainant did accept one of the options.
