I ordered a .22 Golden Boy riffle 9/7/21 for $1,545.00 and payed 50% $772.5. I was told I could pay the remaining amount when they ship December 15th 2021. I have been calling since January and all I get is busy signal and no one will respond to email. I would like to file criminal charges to receive back my down payment of $772.50.Review from Danny B

Well they got me.. told me ***** had shipping problems, then quit responding..no rifle no money. Heroes& Patriots Go Figure..... Someone has my money, At the time I placed my order,they had the very best BBB rating.so what good is this rating? I'm confused. DB ********* **Review from George H

I think the founder died (**********************************************************************************). I assume we can get our deposits back from the insurance company providing business coverage or from any family member that received proceeds from the business (equipment, inventory, etc.). I’ll likely file with my credit card company in addition to filing a claim agains the business, the family and its heirs.Review from Mark F

It appears they closed the business and took many customer deposits with them, amounting to $25,000 or higher. I filed a complaint with the CO. attorney general.Review from Cindy W.

I paid for an engraved, PROOF, Henry Rifle in the amount of $1745.00, paid in full when ordered on October 1st, 2021. I have the statement showing purchase from my bank. They stopped answering my calls and now I see their store in permanently closed. I want the finished product or my money back. Please tell mt what I need to do to get my money back. Thank you. Back in April of 2021 I purchased a rifle from them and paid on it monthly until I had paid it in full. I have all of my receipts and when they stopped answering my phone calls, I did some investigating and found out they had closed. Their business is advertised in the **** **** Magazine and I thought they were legit. They owe me a 22 Civil War Rifle or a refund of $1650.00. Please contact me and let me know what else I need to do in order to get this rifle or my refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter. John W***** ****Review from John E

They are thieves. I paid them in September 2021, and have not received my rifle. While a LLC protects them financially, it does not protect them from criminal charges of Federal Wire Fraud, Federal Interstate Commerce violations and firearm theft.
