I purchased my wedding dress with Encore Bridal on 9/30/2023. I was told that the gown was in stock and it was expected to arrive in mid October. However, my wedding date is not until 6/29/2024. Because was my date was so far in the future they chose to order my dress rather than offer me the one that was in stock. Unbeknownst to me, this pushed the arrival of my dress out to January 2024. I contacted Encore Bridal and was met with resistance when I expressed that I wanted the dress that was in stock as promised. When I asked for a refund due to the date change I was told that I would have to either forfeit my $1522.97 deposit or pay the remaining balance to receive the dress in January. Due to the non fulfillment of their sales agreement, which stated my dress would be here mid October I am requesting a full refund and have disputed the full charge with my bank.Business response

The customer and I (owner of Encore Bridal) spoke on the phone yesterday on 10/6/23 and came to a compromise that suits us both well. We were both able to verbalize and come to an agreement.
