1/13/2023 @ around 7 - 730am.So ********* is charging a .50 conveince fee for just serving you now. (Which is ridiculous) I am not even ordering on a website or an app. But i got charged $5 for a convince fee. When i asked the employee, she said that the decimal point was in the wrong place. So, every sign in the store is wrong??? I bought $5 worth of food and got charged 100% more. Paid $11 for a bag of donut holes and a kolach. This conveince fee is just a way to make more money off everyone. No social media presence about this so-called new fee. This was around *****am. Whoever was working the drive-through. Would like my money back and employees retrained in customer service. But knowing people here, I'd be lucky if any of that happened. I was not offered a receipt when i asked for one (which is a consistent thing with this place). I can bring in my bank statement if it would help. The owner saying this is a false statement makes this place even more worrisome. I am just reviewing the experience i had today. The owner blames the customer instead of holding themselves and employees accountable for overcharging customers $4.50 instead of the .************* fee. The owner just keep responding by berating me on goolge review about dont like the fee pay cash. But it is not about the fee. Its about being refused a receipt, being overcharged $4.50 and a rude employee. I even sent a complaint to the corporate office.
