Ordered a Seared Ahi Tuna salad and only received lettuce. Every time I try to contact the store nobody answers the phone. I ended up paying $18 for tuna and didn't get the tuna. This store needs to do better.Initial Complaint

on December 6 we ordered food from mad greens add *********************************************************************************. After we got back home we opened a salad bowl and found her a long piece of light brown hair in one of the bowls you I contacted the restaurant to return the food. I I was told the credit would be refunded back to me. To date no refund has been issued. The total is $28.83.Initial Complaint

My husband ordered Mad greens for the family, I had the crazy **** salad, took 3 bites and my 4th had something hard in it. I spit it out on my napkin and was horrified to find it was a screw! What if I had swallowed it?! A trip to the **** This is absolutely unacceptable and I am still in shock! The salad, s**** and the receipt are all in the picture attached. I also left a message at the corporate office.Business response

Dear Resolution Specialist,
In response to a complaint, we received on June 21, 2022:
We care deeply about the experience our guests have in our restaurants. We are saddened this guest had a poor experience in our store. Since being notified of this complaint through BBB, we have conducted an internal investigation this matter and were unable to substantiate that we received a complaint through any media or telephonic channels.
That said, we left a message and sent an email in hopes are that we can speak with est directly to gain more details of the incident and respond accordingly.
