The remodel began at end of December 2021 and was finished in early February 2022. I am writing to report that Neohomz was misleading by publishing examples of their work then used a third party to complete the project without our knowledge or consent. They have not attempted to complete punch-list items concerning warranty and workmanship. They were misleading and not at all transparent in their estimate, they charged us inaccurately and kept money we should have been credited for. They failed to provide accurate information when filing their intent to lien. They generally lacked professionalism, integrity, and honest work ethics.

****************** came to us after his previous contractor refused to work with him. ***** was well aware of the fact that we use subcontractors. This was clearly stated in the contract and made clear several times during our conversations. He had the opportunity to walk the project multiple times and any d fects were addressed as soon as possible. There were several times he would not let the workers into his home even after we let him know ahead of time they would be there. After work was completed and he signed off on the work and after a final walk was performed he stated he was happy with the work. We sent the final invoice and he stated he would need some time to pay it. We happily gave him the time he requested. After multiple months passed, he decided to engage an attorney to try and get out of paying the final invoice. He stated we needed to address some issues that he had with the work but never submitted a list of items that needed addressed after multiple requests to do so. We were forced to file a lien on his project because we had paid our subs and never received his final payment. We made every attempt to identify what he felt was wrong with the work performed, and he continually failed to provide a list, pictures, or even identify any defects.

This client was emotionally and mentally unstable the entire time we were on his project. One minute he was friendly and cordial, the next he was manic and aggressive. I have several emails that show his severe change in manner and lack of respect for myself, and other workers that came to work on his project.

At one time we were almost forced to call the police to allow the workers to retrieve their tools so they could move on to the next project. These subcontractors, on multiple occasions observed ************************* and his severe mood swings during the course of the project.

This is clearly an attempt to defraud our company name to take out his aggr ssion that he wasn't able to stiff us the final payment that he agreed to in writing.

Emotionally and mentally unstable? In addition to your contractor credentials, I wasn't aware that you had a PHD to make such slanderous diagnosis. Also, your statement about not letting people in to gather tools is completely false. Pictures, details of repairs, and response of the matter should have come from the attorney.  I'm sorry, but your statement of using this as an opportunity to discredit your company isn't exactly true either. What would I gain from that? EVERYTHING I stated was true. You are also making slanderous statements I don't appreciate. The only one who can discredit your business is you.

I am rejecting this response because:
