I financed a car through Clark auto with no credit check. I was told by ***** who helped me sign the papers it would be paid off in a year and no interest. After making 7 payments I was told I still owe 22 payments on 12 month loan. Turns out because I’m making the minimum required payment they are charging me more interest. I gave them $1500 down and pay $250 a month on a Ford Fusion that was over 200k miles and needs mechanical work. Now I’m paying $7,750 for a lemon because I’m making the minimum payment. ***** was shady when signing the papers and later refused to help me with repairs.Business response

The claims are false I have attached the signed sales contract with the signed amortization schedule detailing the payments we agreed on for the vehicle in question.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but I’m still unsatisfied with being overcharged for the vehicle. They have lost my business when the overpriced vehicle is payed off.
