I joined a labador retrieve puppy group on Facebook. I made contact with the admin of the group who went by the name James m******. We agreed upon an amount for a black lab of $600 and a $150 courier service fee. I agreed to pay half then and the remainder upon receiving the dog. The day of the delivery this company united empire emirates contacted me and requested $1000 for pet insurance which they providing me tracking of the dog from Americus, GA which i send to them. After confirming w james m******. Around 2pm when when the dog was suppose to arrive. I received another message that another $600 was necessary for shots. I refused as I missed so many red flags. I tried to contact James m****** whom has blocked me now. I have file a police report and the FBI is now involved.Initial Complaint

On 8/31 I purchased a pug puppy by the name of Daina D******* (her FB has been since inactivated). I ******* her husband 1000 for the puppy ( he went by Taylor). The puppy was shipped to me 9/1 by the United pet emirates, and they wanted a 900 hundred refundable deposit to cover insurance in case something happened to the puppy, Once puppy was supposedly at the airport, they asked for another refundable 700 vaccination fee before puppy could leave airport. Finally they asked for a 750 refundable deposit to show I can adequately care for the puppy. At first I tried to *****, but I had reached my daily ***** limit. That is when they asked for me to go to *** ** ********* and purchase a **** gift card to pay for puppy before they will deliver. I refused. Again yesterday they said I will not get my refundable deposit back unless I pay 750 more dollars. I have been scammed 1600 dollars by these people. I sent two ***** payments to ******* **** *********************
