      This company is TERRIBLE! Buyer Beware! They don't live up to what they promise. I paid for a shelf corporation in ***** and was told there would not be aby further charges. It was supposed to include the corfporation. Filing foreign entity to my state. and tradelines. First of all it took months too get it. And when I finally got it. Then they want me to pay extra for filing the foreign entity. I would NOT recommend this Comapny. Also. They send emails all the time aksing if everything is good. Pretending as though they care.       This company took advantage of my limited proficiency with the English language by explaining the product in one way on the telephone and providing a written contract that states something entirely different. This is a classic bait and switch tactic, and is fraud by intentional misrepresentation.The Wholesale Shelf Corporation promised verbally to provide an aged Corporation with an **************************************************************************** lines of credit. I specifically stated that I was looking for loans not credit cards. The company assured me they could assist.In reality all they do is use a personal guarantee of a good credit score customer to obtain a personally guaranteed business credit card. For doing so they charge 10% of the available credit. In reality they do not assist with any loans or financing other than credit cards which a good credit consumer can apply for themselves online in 5 minutes. When I questioned the $4,000 cost of the Shelf Corporation, I was told that the price was so high because of the paydex score and the financing that they would help me get. It was all just a lie meant to mislead me into paying $4,000 for something that I could have done for $500 elsewhere.Essentially I was tricked into signing a contract in the English language assuming that it matched the verbal promises when it did not.       Regarding the business credit cards, yes, we apply for corporate credit cards in the first funding round because those are the ones we can apply for ourselves, and we handle the process online without requiring the customer to do any extensive work. Besides this, no one here can predict your funding results.       The Date of the transaction is October 3, 2022 Amount: $15,898.00 ************ is a bait and swtich. They promise and guarantee one thing and then once they secure your money, they say that nothing is refundable and take back all their gurantees, however I have text message proof that shows they promised me one thing and then after that, they did not delivery once I made the payment and then after that I never heard from them again once they knew they could not delivery the services they promised. I was made to believe that I had to purchase this shelf corporation in order to get funding without needing good credit. However, everything changed once I paid. I borrowed this money from my mom and they knew this and they still took advantage of me because I didn't know anything about business funding and they knew that. All I want is my money back or I will escalate this to the next step. I won't stop until I get my money back. I was promised to hear from the ***** and I never heard from ***** or anyone else again. All I am asking for is a refund immediately back to the method of payment they have on file and we can be done with this. The business that was sold to me that I can do nothing with is Magnum 9 Inc. If I don't get my money back, I will report this company and site to the *** and other government and official organizations to alert others to not spend their money here. I have all the proof and text messages and names of everyone I spoke to show Wholesale Shelf Corproations comment FRAUD! Bait and switch advertising is grounds for an action of common-law fraud, unjust enrichment, and sometimes breach of contract.       Can I please get this reopened? I did not see that I received an email to respond to the business. It had been so long since I last replied to the complaint and I did get the info that the case was closed so I started seeking other measures to resolve this but I would like to respond to the business to indicate that no refund was ever povided as they mentioned in their last response. It was that I was refunded in full. This is not true. The original bank account and card used to make this payment is closed so I would need the refund to be issued to another account or sent to me via certified mail. I will provide the necessary info once they let me know which method they will use to submit the refund. The total refund amount is to be $15,898.00. This is what I was charged.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Hello *****, 

      First of all, the previous response said that a refund was issued and I was simply trying to get that situated since I never received it. But now you are coming back and saying that no refund will be issued. 

      Secondly, I did contact you... directly with the number you provided in your signature and the first time I left a voicemail and I never got a call back. The second time, you picked up and said you would get back to me by end of day and I never heard back from you until now. 

      Third, I am not disputing your rules and regulations. I am requesting a refund because I was totally misled by your agent and I have plenty of proof of this. I am filing a lawsuit due to the bait and switch committed by one of your sales agents on behalf of your company. He clearly profiled me and realized that I was not well versed in the space at the time and lied to me to get my business. The disclosures and all those things I signed don't matter because they were signed based on false pretenses. 

      All the info and documents and proof I provided are attached to this complaint so you can run back through it and get caught up. However, as a brief recap, when I was seeking out funding for my business, your rep told me that my credit score DID NOT MATTER because I was buying an "aged" shelf corporation and he talked me into buying a really expensive one because the "older the age the higher the funding." I made sure to talk about my credit score specifically and more than once because from what I always understood, credit played a factor in any funding so BEFORE I purchased, I asked him many many times if my bad credit would play a part in this whole thing and he said NO many times. Then immediately once I paid and signed, he disappeared and I was transferred to another team... I am guessing a third party who has no idea how your company advertises their services... and they were like absolutely credit plays a factor and frankly we can't help you. IMMEDIATELY after this, I requested a refund for false advertising and disputed it with my bank. And of course your company used the signed paperwork against me and the bank reversed my dispute. But you know who will side with me with all the proof I have? A judge and a jury of my peers. 
      I spent my mom's savings because I trusted your sales rep and we've been trying to get back on our feet since. There is NO other satisfactory recourse besides a full refund and I will stop at nothing to get our money back. 

      I spoke to a lawyer who will take my case and says I will definitely a great chance to win due to my record keeping and all the proof showing I was given false information prior to the pruchase and even after. I think you think I am not serious about taking this to court but as God is my witness, I am beyond serious. This is not just a threat. This whole situation has destroyed my life and at one point, seriously messed up my relationship with my mother. So if we have to go to court, so be it. And you'll owe me more than the $15k you owe now because whatever fees I have to pay to file this suit and all the court fees will be billed to Wholesale and put in the court documents as part of my judgement. 

      So please respond and let me know if we are just going to go the court route or if I will get my refund and we can put this to bed.

      We would like to provide additional context and clarify the sequence of events regarding the complaint from Ms. ***** ******.

      Ms. ****** previously disputed the transaction with her credit card company, and at the time, the credit card company initially refunded the disputed amount to her. When we indicated that she had received a refund, it was in reference to this action by her credit card provider.

      However, after a thorough review of the case, the credit card company ultimately decided in our favor, and we won the credit card dispute, meaning the refunded amount was reversed and retained by our company. This decision further validates our position that the terms of the purchase were clearly communicated and agreed upon by Ms. ******* including the non-refundable nature of the sale and the *** Disclosures she signed.

      At this stage, we are currently in active negotiations with Ms. ****** in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. We have already offered a goodwill refund despite the non-refundable terms of the sale, and we are hopeful that this negotiation will lead to a resolution.

      Should these negotiations not succeed, we are prepared to explore BBB arbitration if necessary. We remain committed to finding a fair and professional outcome for all parties involved.

      This company didn't deliver on any of their promises... The entire process is misleading... There are numerous hidden fees... My bank did a thorough investigation, after I reported them, and issued a credit. Report them to your credit card company... You have 90 days before your money is gone for good... If you have done business with them across state lines, it falls into federal jurisdiction... Keep good records, and despite the fine print, know your consumer rights... Red flags on their merchant account are what hurts companies like this the most. They are a predatory organization, and if enough complaints go through, their merchant will shut them down. Contact the department of agriculture for more information... I will be issuing a follow up if I experience any further negativity as a result of attempting to conduct business with this company... They are due 7.5 on the back end of any lines of credit or loans they provide, despite which they have opted to Ghost me... I followed every direction in the designated time frame... Logic dictates if they truly had me on the path to funding, they have essentially thrown that commission away... Nobody does that.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was asked to write the company directly, and attempt to work it out. I wrote them, and told them they could resolve it with a refund, and was not contacted back. I would estimate my dealings with this fraudulent company has cost me around $4,000. That factors in the cost of the corporation, and the additional fees that I was conned out of as a means to obtain startup funding for a business. I am being generous in that estimate, as this was multi tiered and extremely high pressure. Some of which I'm still being charged for.

      I purchased a corporation which was pre-qualified for start up capital. I subsequently followed all instructions, and was passed through various departments to make purchases which would ensure I would obtain the start up money I needed for my business. After jumping through hoops, and bleeding expenses through entities connected to the original company, I had nothing to show for it. It was a complete bait and switch situation. They dangled the carrot that there was just one more thing to do, and I would obtain funding. They asked and accessed very private information. My contact through the company kept changing every time I would get upset. Meanwhile I can count at least 4 or 5 entities that made money off of what was painted as a simple means to achieve start up funding for my business. It was supposed to be a ***** day process, and I never received a dimes worth of funding. I paid over $2000 for the corporation, and subsequently kept paying their affiliates for months after. I did everything that was asked of me. I explained from the get go that I was spending in good faith as a means to an end which still hasn't come. That I was essentially broke, and now still living in a hotel because I gave them whatever savings I had to try and get out of this situation. It was predatory...They knew they were taking from someone in financial peril, and all I asked for was a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is a flat out lie predicated on what are being portrait as technicalities in an agreement which wasn't was filled with false promises to close a deal. If you are a potential consumer reading this, ask yourself why I would go to this much trouble to maintain a stance against a company for years now. It's not because I expect them to admit to fraudulent business practices, which would open them to investigations regarding every transaction in their portfolio. The evidence I provided was strong enough to warrant attention from the ******* District Attorney, and that investigation is ongoing. This is to prevent others from making the same mistake I did. You can believe the boiler plate lawyer response, or the ordinary individual pleading with you to save your money, and look elsewhere for your needs. Ask yourself, if I was being dishonest, why would they have responded by asking me to handle it directly with them, off the proverbial record. I was caught in a desperate situation post COVID, and bought the snake oil they were selling in order to give my family a fresh start. I will not stop responding, and let this disappear. I am going to follow up with the state, and look into escalating this on all fronts, and will do so every time an attempt to disillusion the public is made via the BBB from this point forward.
