This company continues to charge me after canceling my permit, including after I've completely deleted payment and vehicle information from our accounts, which means they're retaining PII/financial information they say they have deleted. I can see in my account the confirmation of it being canceled, and yet both my husband and I are charged (across 2 different accounts). And of course, they have no phone customer service, just an ******** not only are they charging us illegally, but they keep your information longer than they say they do and you have no way to pursue recourse.Review from Ken H

The Reserve does a lot of things right, they are quick to make repairs and help their residents; however, they recently instituted a policy that goes over the top.Apparently some residents have been abusing their parking privilege by having more than their own vehicles taking up valuable parking spaces that Reserve residents should have access to. No resident should take up additional parking spaces for days at a time. No problem. Makes sense. Restrict and fine those residents that abuse their parking privileges. Make residents register their vehicles so that parking policy can be monitored and enforced But that's not what Residence did.Instead, everyone, even occasional overnight guests must obtain a parking pass and pay $3/night for every time they want to visit and stay overnight. You can't make a one time payment for future visits. No. You must go to the website and get a parking permit every time you visit. Terrible website. 15 minutes of c*** every time you want to help out a friend who is unfortunate enough to live in an apartment complex that has this policy. The parking app doesn't exist on the iPhone App Store, and there is a cumbersome and frankly, probably an illegal requirement for personal information on the parking website. They require you to provide all of your vehicle information plus who it is you are visiting. It is none of the Reserve's damned business who I am visiting. There are no warnings for first time offenders. I just paid $348 to recover my car after it was towed last night (3/21/2024). Granted, I should have supplied all of my personal information and obtained a $3 pass, but no warning? Come on.Anyone looking to live here should think hard about company overreach, and somebody should *** them for violating privacy laws.Review from Daniel K

Got my car towed, even though I registered my car for my apartment complex. No contact phone number on their website. No notification, even after turning on notifications. Now i'm on the hook to get my car out of impound at a cost of almost $500. F#$k these people. Would give them negative stars if I could. Avoid these Pri%$s like the plague.Review from Chris T

Just like all the other reviews this place is awful. I cancelled my permit and was billed for a few months after. They won't get on the phone so I wrote multiple times about a refund. They kept saying it had been over 30 days and after 30 days it was against their policy and could not issue a refund. Of course the first time that I brought it up was well within 30 days. I had the all of the correspondence to prove that but that's not how they run this company. Here is an example of how they do operate. I had a friend who was going to be staying with me for a few weeks. The first night they parked the car was towed at like 1 AM. We didn't know this until morning. I had changed the info on the permit at like 230 AM. So I suppose technically it was my fault. However, in my opinion there should be a better solution other than an email saying that it was not their problem. I had paid for my permit and even paid for permits I didn't have. So really I now have to pay 400+ dollars to get the car? I didn't even cancel the permits I reported fraud to my bank and got a new debit card. Oddly enough I received a couple phone calls from them when that next month's payment didn't go through.Review from Jennifer G

All of my cars were removed without warning. Had I not checked each of my cars could've been towed. The parking lot in ****************** is cramped and the spots aren't even assigned. $15 per vehicle for what???Review from Zach B

There definitely scammers I've had 2 permits one for my wife's car and one for mine I got a new car and added my new car in place of my old one and it didn't take it must have been on there 1 day or so i honestly don't know I thought I was all good I've been parking without a permit for months and I had no idea the permit stayed on my old vehicle that isnt even parked here anymore I found out because today I took my wife's car in so we got a loaner and I was trying to take the permit on my wife's car and transfer it to the since her car will be in the shop and I noticed that I've been paying on a permit for my old vehicle so I canceled it and seconds later tried to put the permit on my new car and it says the lot is full when I just had a 2 permits seconds ago I was just trying to do the right thing and get a pass even tho I now know they definitely don't do anything besides collect moneyReview from Parker A

scammers beware! moved into neighborhood that mandates their use. but "only 10$ a month per spot" in Denver ***** area is a steal. register my car and my son's car. first "technical error" registers my sons car twice with my license and his. then "fix" this to register my car and his both with his license plate! then I got a new car. my update "didn't take". conveniently, so that a predatory tow company they are affiliated with towed my new car, removed the valid parking decal, and robbed me of $400++ to return my stolen property. For good measure, their stealing my vehicle made the inside lights go on, failure to abide THE *** IN ******** and give 244 hours notice, burned out a brand new battery, that had trouble starting the car to get it out of the lot. The lot located in a sketchy neighborhood, behind bars, while cops took statements from the person the employee was screaming threats at, standing in front of the trailer in the dark with a busted out light and bullet holes in the side. All in all I'm terrified of what this world is coming to that my $2700 /mo luxury apartments do business with these people.Review from David F

This company continues knowingly to falsely bill ** for 10 months ($100) and counting. We left the community in Oct. 2022 where this company was the parking concessionaire.Despite our lease having ended and parking permits expired, this company continued to bill us.They claimed that as a separate company from the landlord, their parking permits did not automatically expire with the lease, which is a bogus claim. They simply have no standing to sell us a permit for a community where we have no lease. In Dec. 2022 and Jan. 2023 I tried repeatedly to enter their website to cancel our parking permits. I was unable to do so as their password reset function did not work.On Jan. 19, 2023 I received an email from their supports staff promising to cancel our parking permit(s) so as to stop further billing. I thought that would be the end of it. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.Instead, they have continued to falsely bill us (debit our bank account), knowing that we no longer lived in their client community. THIS IS THEFT of funds.
