I went in for a routine eye exam and paid in full for lenes, retina scan and exam. I do have medical insurance but not vision. The office billed my insurance for a diagnosis that I do not have. I filed a dispute with my insurance company. Family Eye continues to pursue payment from me that I've never owed. Further, the eye prescription that was given to me was wrong causing me to pay for another eye exam and new lenses at a reputable optometrist.The office refuses to discuss the issue with me, insisting that I pay their fraudulent charges.Review from Mary B

In my experience with Front Range Family Eye Care (FRFEC) in *****************, ********, they are not transparent with their refund and return policy for inaccurate prescriptions. I was given a new eye glasses prescription and contact lenses prescription that do not work. On the next business day after the exam, I asked FRFEC to cancel my eye glasses prescription before the glasses were made and delivered. They refused to cancel the order and refund my money for a faulty prescription. They are unprofessional and provide poor eye care for the community.
