On 7/25/2024. ***************************************************** switched insurance policies from Safeco to Allstate. Through our new insurance broker, The Legacy Insurance Partners, we requested cancellation of our Safeco policies in writing with a signed authorization document through our previous insurance broker SCP Insurance Partners. This was as instructed in the Safeco Insurance app for policy cancellation. I have included a screenshot from the Safeco website indicating to contact our broker to cancel our policy. On 8/15/2024. We were billed our monthly rate for the Safeco Insurance policies for auto insurance and umbrella insurance. This indicates the policies were not cancelled in a timely manner, as requested on 7/25/2024. The cancellation document is a revocation of authorization to charge the account. We are seeking a refund of the billed August 2024 amount of $338.37.Customer response
