High Country Beverage care of Better Business Bureau I am writing to address the recent discrepancies we have encountered in our business interactions with High Country Beverage. First, I want to raise the large mistake in 2022 we experienced, ongoing, and were overcharged due to an error on High Country Beverage's part, which resulted in significant financial implications for our new business. While the mistake was eventually rectified, the resolution provided was limited to a credit for a fairly large amount. In another instance, our payment was clearly lost on High Country Beverage's end, and our business had to deal with the bank and the fees associated with canceling a check. Moreover, we encountered instances of misaddressed correspondence, leading to further disruptions in our business operations from the delay until a customer hand-delivered our invoice and a letter because the office made a mistake, and the suite number was left off. Just recently, we received communication regarding prepayment requirements for future transactions, despite our account balance being settled and an error been acknowledged and rectified within a few days. This deviation from standard industry practices has raised concerns for us, especially considering the unprofessional handling of the situation by High Country Beverage's representatives. The inconsistent communication between representatives and deviation from established protocols are disconcerting and have significantly impacted our confidence in our business relationship with High Country Beverage. We seek clarity on the recent communication regarding prepayments being required and urge High Country Beverage to review the situation and provide a satisfactory resolution, ensuring that such discrepancies and miscommunications are not repeated. We trust that High Country Beverage values our business relationship and is committed to upholding professional standards in our interactions.Customer response

This is resolved. A member of sales contacted us and we received our delivery. We explained our experience and interactions with High Country Beverage and happy with the resolution.
