12-18-23 Eugene S**** attempted to fix my furnace when installing a motor. The squirrel cage was extremely bent. He charged me $750. The next day a furnace company tried to fix it, costing around $1400. I ended up getting a new furnace because the parts wouldn't be delivered for a week. It was during the cold period.Customer response

12-18-22 Eugene attempted to service by installing a new motor into my furnace. He started at 1:00 AM. He worked until 9:00. E. turned on my thermostat; it was making a sound, but he said let it circulate. I went to bed. In the morning, the thermostat was not lit up, so i changed the batteries. The furnace started up right away, making a horrible noise. I called him, he said that he had ordered a new wheel. I was getting concerned because of the upcoming storm. My husband was under hospice care.
The next day I called ** *******. They came out right away. The repair would be around $1400.00 to fix but the part would not be until the following week. The motor and wheel were damaged. I had to purchase a brand no furnace for $15000.00.
I asked for my refund of $750.00 through **** App: he wanted to fix it with a new wheel and longer bolts from auto zone.

Need to let you know I had send you letters contracts that she signed didn't keep promise on contract that is call breach of contract doing extra work on her job that was not part of the deal promise to pay extra and did not she want her furnace fix I did what I thought was the best job that would save her money had to hire my son to clean the garage cause she couldn't wait till the job was done put my name in a bad spot wrote receipts to pay her supply because she didn't want use her card because interest using money that she gave to start the job was to buy supply that didn't work out to good so she blame me for damages bad work for all I did for us pick up deliveries use my money to buy supplys getting her discounts. Cleaning and service sing her furnace and fixing her furnace painting texturing a me d still have my tools and won't give my tool back I been very honest to her but she hasn't and put other contractor down if not doing a good job now Ian in the situation I think that not professional and honest I proved my dude with pictures and contracts and receipts what she still owes and stuff I bought she has the other receipts with her
