On 2/10/2023 I cancelled my Orange Theory membership in person at the Belmar studio by filling out a cancellation form. I was told that I would also have to pay on 2/30/2023 for my March membership on 2/30/2023 since I missed the cancellation 30-day notice cut off. I agreed. I have been charged $69/month since then even after I cancelled (so I was charged erroneously 3/30/23, 4/30/23, 5/30/23023, 6/30/2023, 7/30,2023, 8/30/2023, 9/30/2023, and 10/30/2023) which is a total of $552. I have talked to several managers over the last 6 weeks and have been told a variety of things about how this has never happened before and they do not have a cancellation paper form on file for my account, that I should be expecting a refund by ___ certain quoted dates, and that I should be getting phone calls back from upper management/owners. I have been continuously ghosted where nobody will contact me back, nor have I seen an refunds. I understand this has never happened to them before, but I would like them to own up to their mistake and refund me for the erroneous membership charges. They have acknowledged that the last time I was there was 2/10/2023 and that there is a paper cancellation form that is usually filed when you cancel in person at the studio, but will not reach out to discuss or reverse the erroneous charges.Initial Complaint

The Belmar Orange Theory failed to put my membership on hold as confirmed in phone conversations that I was witness to. The studio refused to return the charges for a year of fees, $99/ month, even though they committed to placing my account on hold during the pandemic, and I have not been in the studio since the beginning of 2020.
