Horrible experience with this **************** Shower *********** didnt match order so owner said he would reorder & make it right. Over 3 months of telling me it is being delivered next week, on Wed, on Mon, on Tuesday, it was delivered & no one called you?. Excuse after excuse and nothing! I went to a more reputable glass ************ was delivered in less than 2 weeks. I would not do business with this company.I am more than willing to share a trail of text messages that substantiate my complaints.Business response

Customer called us and asked if we could order a shower door for him and he would provide measurements and he would install. We agreed and he sent us the measurements. Two weeks later, we delivered the shower door to the customers project. We told him to call us if he needs help installing or has any questions. One year and three months later, the customer calls and says the panels don't match up. He states that the door is to big. When we order a door for a customer and go off their measurements, we dont offer a warranty. We offer to order a new panel, to make the door fit. Now, we didn't measure and we didn't install but we still offer to order a panel and we did not ask him for a dime ( EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO WARRANTY ) We order the panel and our leadtime at the time was 3-4 weeks. The panel came and it had a chip. We had to send it out to get ran down but the chip was to deep and had to be recut. We kept in contact with the customer and let him know what happen. He said we were lying, We Sent him a picture of the chip and he said, IF WE DONT HAVE THE GLASS IN THREE DAYS, HE WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND GIVE US A BAD ****** REVIEW, WHICH HE ALREADY DID BOTH. Now we are stuck with his custom panel that WE paid for to help him out.Customer response
