After only two months I started to have issues. tires are trash not only they bubbled I went back to Emich 1-23-2023 only to received attitude from the workers. I was told tires have no WARRANTY. (can't believe this DISCOUNT TIRES have better Services and warranty on tires.I had always went to Discount Tires. Biggest mistake to go to Emich. Never again will I go there no even for oil changes. we have 8 vehicles I WILL FIND A LOCATION WHAT I WOULD TRUST.

Here is a response from our Service Manager- we are more than happy to assist in anyway- we are required to follow warranty guidelines on tires as mandated by the tire manufacturer of the tires.

Customer had new tires installed on ******** with ******* miles on her vehicle. Customer came in for her concern of sidewall damage on all 4 tires on 1-23-23 with ******* miles on her vehicle.
Customer stated all 4 tires have sidewall damage. Upon vehicle arrival, the service director inspected the vehicle on the service drive and found that the only tire to have damage was the passenger rear tire.
When the service director asked the customer to show him what her concern was with the other tires, she became very agitated and frustrated. We were seeking clarification to her concerns as there was only one tire (the passenger rear) showing damage. At this point the Service director asked the customer if we could get the vehicle in the shop to investigate further, so we can determine if the tires have damage elsewhere other than on the outside sidewall, because we could not find damage on any other tires.other than the passenger rear without lifting the vehicle.  The customer then mentioned at one point, all 4 tires were low, and the passenger rear was at 0 psi/completely flat. At this point the service director had the technicians inspect the 3 good tires for further damage or leaks. No leaks were found, all tires were at correct pressures. The service director had the technician dismount the passenger rear tire for further inspection.  At this point, we found the tire filled with tire debris (we see this when customer drive on a completely flat tire) it was at this point we determined based on the customers comment earlier and the damage to the tire, that customer had been driving their vehicle around with a flat tire, in return causing sidewall damage. At this point, the service director explained how this is unfortunately not covered by warranty and although I would love to be able to warranty this tire, I cannot due to the fact that this damage could have been prevented with proper tire pressure maintenance. He then offered a discount on a new tire, as she had recently purchased a complete new set of tires, and the customer agreed and appeared to be happy that we would replace her tire at a discounted rate.

We bought 2 vehicles on December 10 2021 from this dealership. A total of $52,000 for both vehicles a 2014 ***** Malibu & a 2015 *** Acadia Denali. We traded a 2015 *** Acadia SLT in & were told the transmission was going to have to be replaced before it could be ************* could only offer $7,000 for the trade which wasn't even a fair bluebook value. The fair value was over $9,000 & good bluebook value was between $11,000 & $13,000. They sold the vehicle at auction & another local dealership bought it & was selling the vehicle for $17,999. I contacted the new dealership to inquire if the transmission had been replaced, upon inspection they stated it was the original transmission. Emich did not replace the transmission as they stated and as to why they couldn't give me more on the trade. Then during the financing process the finance manager made a $10,000 error that he did catch until the next day which increased our monthly payments by over $200.00 a month. We also bought extended warranties on both vehicles for an additional monthly charge. For the 2014 Malibu we were told by the same finance manager that the hi-tech warranty was probably what we should go with as it covered the turbo. He did not say that the comprehensive warranty would cover everything including the turbo. So we went with the hi-tech warranty. The car now needs the ignition coil replaced after just having it 75 ********* is nit covered by the warranty & will cost us $450.00 to replace. The *** Acadia is also needing work done after 65 days of the purchase fortunately those repairs will be covered under the warranty. After 75 days of purchase neither of these vehicles should be needing any work done. It is clear that they are not getting the proper inspections done prior to selling them. I am now on day 2 of getting the run around on what is going to be done to rectify this *********** son is without a vehicle to get to & from work but we're still responsible for making the payment.
