I bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade 75th Anniversary May 2023 first the Thermostat went out and had to be replaced, then the windshield was leaking within the same month we bought the car, the salesman wanted to put calking on the leak, they replaced the rubber seal on the windshield, the leak was so bad it saturated the driver side and the passenger side floor board, they shop vac the floor it still smelled like ****, with all the water that got in, now we have problems with the Electrical System when it rains or snows the check engine light comes on, now it's to the point where the Jeep Renegade doesn't want to start it has no power it won't build up RPM to go, we tried talking to JD Gram to see if Emich can make it right and put us in another vehicle, then ** said he can show us a couple of cars, my wife and I were there for hours and he never showed us anything but he tried to sell us an Electric car and we told him no we don't want an Electric car and we told JD we dropped the warranty on the car he said before we can work on the car we need to make sure the warranty is still in place so he had my wife call to cancel the cancellation request of the warranty then he said give him a couple of days to make sure the warranty was still valid and then JD had a service technician call us and tell us he had to put us on the waiting list for a loaner and his list was out 3 to 4 weeks for the loaner car. We believe Emich Chevrolet didn't do a 12 point inspection on the car before putting it on the lot for the car to be sold, now it's to the point where I have to let the car get repoed because they don't want to make it right for us, the Jeep Renegade is a lemon and they know it, According to the states lemon law if you buy a car from a car dealership and you can't drive the car the way it was intended then it's a lemon because we bought a car that can only be driven in the summer the car can't get wet our it won't drive. We are done making payments.

Purchased a 2006 ******** **** CLK 55 AMG with ****** miles - after arriving home with the car I noticed a Service Required notice on start up. Called sales representative to ask why. He advised me to ignore the warning, that the mechanic neglected to switch it off after serving. Drove **** miles before having a start up problem. Took in for servicing ending up with a $9000 ****. I am most concerned about the defective Thrust Arms which put my life in jeopardy if they failed causing the front wheels to fall off! According to the mechanics, these take a long time to become faulty and the defect would have most certainly been apparent when I purchased the car. Id like to think a used car purchased from a reputable dealer would last more than **** miles before requiring major repairs!
