What **** said below was 100 percent our experience I wish I would have seen that review sooner. He made up excuses not to come, the deck frame he built was illegal and had to be taken down. This is not funny as it's about people safety. He said it be done by a certain time and was not even close to anything by the time he was supposed to finish. The company that did our deck told us that this was very shotty work and would have never passed an inspection and was not safe. He tries to play on your heartstrings with he's sick, he was sick a ton, would say he was coming, then it would be "Oh I have to turn in a rental car" "Oh it's taking all day, I'm fighting with them" then it was "oh my eye was hurt" just excuse after excuse. We are currently suing him for fraud and theft. He never bought the materials for us, but gave him the money to do so and when we texted him he said he didn't have the money to pay us back. That's called theft. We never got materials and never got our money back. DO NOT USE THIS MAN HE WILL CON YOU!Review from Cody G

Peter has dodged finishing work, even when paid in full. He is an extremely nice man, which fooled me in the beginning, as did his excuses and lies for not showing up (which all sounded reasonable and play into your guilt when hearing them), however I was able to verify by using a different number that he was lying about not being able to work, and was extremely responsive and ready to work when I pretended to be a different customer. He promised to finish the work months ago, and here I sit with an unfinished basement. He has not finished the work and will not refund me thousands of dollars. I have been in contact with my attorney as we develop a case for everything, but buyer freaking beware, do not use this man for any type of work!
