  Business over sized my wedding ring by 1 size. Total 2 sizes. Snapped eternity band on 1 side. **** felt lighter when returns and 2 carat diamond didn't have ******************* on left side. Owner said they had to take gold out of band to size down and they polished diamond and that took out defet!! Took it to Erie ************* and they said diamond was messanite! Bought diamond in 2008 and only CZ diamonds existed then!!

  I didn't realize that I my response to the first complaint didn't get to you. In any case Thanks for the phone message this morning. Your office is closed today.  We did work on Kims ring. It was a diamond when it came in and it was the same diamond when she picked it up. We have a great reputation here because of our integrity. We are extremly busy with an average of 200 repair jobs and 5 to 8 custom jobs always. We have over a Million dollars in our bussiness and wouldn't even think of switching a stone out for a fake one. We are blessed financially and Love what we do because of our great customers. Whatever happens in this case is fine with us. I know that we are honest and I know that you need to do your job. *********************** in my Judge and all I can tell you is that that is what really matters to me.   I am rejecting this response because: The ring arrived at The Jewels, Llc and when I picked it up I noticed it was much lighter and the scrappy **** on left side was missing and diamond looked little smaller. They said they polished the ring why the scratch was gone. ******************** tested diamond and said it was a 11/2 CT moisanite!! How dare they put God and ***** in their response!! Shame on them!!

  She came to the store and showed me the diamond ring.  I tested it and it was a diamond.  I told her to take it to William  Lacert here in town.  He is a ***************** I Even even told him on a voice mail that that I would pay for it.  Anyway, it is a diamond and I wish she would had taken it to Him.  God bless you ***. You told me that you were a Christian.  I'm so thankful for that.  Feel free to trash me any time you would like.  Thanks again.

  I am rejecting this response because:The current diamond in my ring was assessed by Erie Gold & ****** said it tested as a moisanite diamond. This assessment may be incorrect but the diamond is noticeable smaller and does not have the weight MY diamond has. Also, in looking at it under the business owners microscope it ihas multiple sceatches, and is chipped in a couple places. The scrape **** is missing and my diamond had an area where the scrape is that didn't have a defined sparkle. Mine was a 2 carat and this one is noticeable smaller. The weight of my ring with my diamond is now a featherweight with the current diamond.

  Hello, this is an update. *** took her ring to *************************** a highly regarded  G.G.CSM here in ******** that I recommended. I Paid for the appraisal. ******* verified that the center stone was a diamond and not a moissanite and gave *** an Appraisal. There were two side stones on her ring guard that we replaced after her appraisal. They were 1.3mm rounds or so diamonds.Hopefully this will be sufficient.

The owner, **** offerred to have a local gemologist look at my ring and test the center 2carat diamond( that i believe was replaced) and 3 small diamonds that snapped due to over sizing ring on original visit. The gemologist found that center diamind was low grade and **** carat and had a fracture that ran from top right side of diamond to bottom. Also found that 2 of the 3 small diamonds were lower grade. One was a single cut instead of full cut and second of 3 was a CZ DIAMOND!! I rest my case!!

  Tell us why here...I am not satisfied with the way you the BBB is handling this case.  All you have to do is look at ***** original complaint and compare it to her latest one.  She totally has changed her story after she finally took the ring to ******* the gemologist like I asked her to do right away when she said that we replaced her diamond with a moissanite. I paid for this service because she needed to know that we didn't replace her diamond with a moissanite. Once she found out that she still had her original diamond she changed her story.  I don't know what's going on in ***** life but I think she needs counseling.  Just look at all her complaints and tell me that she's not lying. I already have gone above and beyond for her in this case over a ring that she said she got at a **** shop  for $1,500.

  I did not buy the ring for $1500.00. It is my wedding ring and my husband who was a diamond consultant paid $1500.00 for the diamond. Which was mismarked and should have been much more according to EZ ****. I still stand my my first assessment of my ring when i got it back from The Jewelers, llc. This eing may have not been replaced with a moisanite but it definitely isn't the diamond my husband bought! The fact that they  replaced the smaller diaminds diamonds with 1 fake cz diamond and a 2nd one one with a single cut and not a full cut speaks volumes to me as to their credibility!!!
