  over charged ignoring requests for evidence always getting the run around seemed like there was a conflict of interest ,as anything requested was denied, lack of service and communication

  3/1/2023 conference with ************************; know idea who this is no information ever provided
  3/22/2023 colorado filing fees    FOR WHAT again no information ever given
  Cost of   the outside asset search- that was a joke 2 **** accounts not included total lack of communication , from this firm ********** stocks not admitted by exceutor, *********** never tried to retrieve this information of which the deceased alway for years talked about that he had, **** of america **** deposit account not included nor was elevations **** account !! what am i paying for ????r as ***************** tried to say it was a credit card NO IT WASNT it was a checking account  per your own pi or was this investigation  done in house by a clerk
  what going on with this law firm

  7/11 ***********************, *********************   again who is this no explanation given again no explanation provided **** charged for these talks 
  8/1 third discovery request why, just file the **** request which as of my knowledge today  has not been done this would either prove us wrong or right
  8/16/2023  conference ************************* why,  
  8/22/2023  contest will!! have all ready ask this to be done every month since march!!!
  10/30/2023  billed FOR phone call that did not happen  we have researched the phone logs no voice mail was left nor was there an in coming call,
   he flat out told us he would find out who took over the practice of the attorney whom supposedly drafted the 2014 (has he passed jan 2023) will, to see the next will that deceased stated he(*******************) had done  in 2017 or 2018 to several of us including third party that was requested !!
  Why when the *** has  mysteriously add a owner while deceased (and dies in 2 months) is bedridden and dying he refused to prove fraud by whom added the extra owner when he couldnt have possibly been in his right mind and they left him on the floor for 36 hours after stating to us executor had hired a nurse to look after him again  yet I see no notation on the final accounting of a nurse being hired if a crime was committed we need to know this is my FATHER
  we requested over 7 times we wanted to go to court to contest this will 2014 version and were  ignored , Find it interesting that according what ***********, told us you can be heir, executor and witness  (which shows collusion,  around ******* that would never make it thru probate if this was even filed and accepted of which we have no knowledge of
  
  TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE JUST TOOK MY MONEY INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY REPRENSENTING  ME
  im very disappointed in the lack of communication s and lack of information from this firm doesnt say much about the attorney profession is any one legit and do the right thing??? stop making promises you have no intentions of keeping ignoring your PAYING clients requests
  Why did you hound us for a third party whom knew his intentions you what he did was convince us that was all he needed.  not trick   her into saying he was competent not what his request was for (feeling lied to) when all the while before his death no one was allowed to see him physically and thats when all the fraud occurred( why did he hot pursue the required request from the courts) which he charged us for  **** records so we could see what was going on and why did the supposed pi not find all the other **** accounts that we now have record of??  Appears he might be involved somehow with the   opposing attorney or it is suspect.
  I feel totally misrepresented by this firm and *********** yet was billed for calls that didn't exist and length of time of some calls over blown in billingi.e. 11/16- ****** dollars for a call that only lasted  15 minutes
  Several months after *************** death all of a sudden the executors bought 20 acres in montana
  And are building 2 homes and a barn where did that money come from is a question we asked to be brought forward but *********** ignored me. Failed in his duties to perform at his bestc why doyou need to only consult with interns isnt he the attorney??? And  I am being billed??
  Why refuse to get us the much needed ****ing information???
  
  
  The ***     title changed all the while he was bedridden dying and on extreme meds whom signed the papers to add the daughter at the dmv???? All done while extremely ill as soon as he died she removed him and took the car all the while leading us to believe it was returned to the leasing company!!if it was paid off who did that and with what funds this is why **** accounts ARE SO NEEDED as proof of funds taken
  Again it seems like Mr  **** had a connection with someone possibly opposing counsel? WHY not prove me wrong when i'm paying the bills?
  This attorney upon sales pitch to hire him told many things he could do but did NONE of them
  Have requested answers on 2 occasions  and all i get is a lot of nonsense from an  email saying there's no case how would that be with all these questions??
  
  Think a refund is in order been taken advantage of this firm
