      I was NOT satisfied with my car situation at Valley Nissan of Longmont, first of all, I feel like they initially tried to cover up some scratches on my vehicle, that once pointed out to them, they painted the scratches, three weeks later, I go to start my car on 7/20/24 and it would NOT start purchased my car on 6/20/24, took my car to a Nissan dealership and it of COURSE was NOT covered under warranty, so out of pocket I PAID $525.00. to replace the battery, that had a bad cell. this ALL occurred before my first payment was due 8/4/24....ugh!!! I emailed the general manager of the store and never received a response!!! via email or a phone call. Very Disappointed! it's too bad this company is NOT BBB Accredited!***.

      Not sure where to start. 2021 Titan has multiple frame weld breaks which leads to needing a complete frame replacement. After 3 weeks of dealing with **** in service and multiple promises to hear from the service manager and general manager, I still have not heard a peep. The service department and Valley Nissan in general literally have zero customer service. No communication and zero information on what exactly is the process. Initially they told me they wont cover the work and to come pick up the truck. After I asked if they even contacted Nissan America (which they didnt), I had to tell them to contact them or I would. Once **** finally contacted Nissan America, the work is warrantied. I was initially told I only had a damaged strut. A week later it was a damaged strut and a cracked frame, now my frame has multiple cracks and will require a complete frame replacement. The cracks are all delaminated welds. The frame replacement will require utilizing a third party body shop which I have no say in choosing. This lack in of service and integrity shows Valley is not in it for the consumer.

      Went in to purchase a vehicle. Showed them my trade in truck and got a very low offer. $4,000 lower than what other dealers were offering. Strike one. Decided to still buy with them and trade my truck in elsewhere. Nothing in stock I wanted. Received a call that they had a truck for me. Only problem is that it was not what I wanted. Different model. Strike two. So I waited for over a month and was told the truck I wanted is comming in. They traded with another dealership to make this happen. Was not on the lot but would be soon. I made an appointment to buy the truck. I Called before my appointment. Was told they sold the truck. They specifically traded for this truck for me and I made an appoitment. Strike three. Was told they do not reserve cars. I should have been in sooner. Well they never called to say the truck was in. So to make it right they wanted me to put money down on a different truck to reserve it. After I was told they never reserve cars. Strike four. I Should have left after strike one. So I took my business elsewhere. All they care about is selling a car now not turning customers into life long clients. Very bad business pratices for someone in sales. It is worth the drive to go where you will be treated fair and right.

      We purchased a vehicle from Valley Nissan about 7 weeks ago. I cannot tell you how frustrating our process has been. The vehicle needed repairs prior to the closure of the sale. Valley Nissan told us those repairs were done, but it took several weeks to get the paperwork to confirm the service items were completed. Once we got it home, the vehicle was still leaking fluid from multiple locations. We brought it back in and Valley Nissan confirmed two seals should have been replaced originally but were not. We got it home again and there was still fluid leaking on our driveway once again.We took the vehicle to ********************** in Longmont for a full body inspection. We should have done this prior to purchasing this vehicle. There was another $1300 plus in service repairs that was needed on this car. Most importantly, ****** said the rear brake pads and rotors are dangerously low. How can Valley Nissan ethically sell a vehicle that is not safe! This vehicle was in Valley Nissan's shop two times to have their service people look it over for service needs. Valley Nissan sold the car with no transparency on what additional service was needed on this vehicle. $1300 is a lot of additional repairs we should have been advised about. We will be having ****** Auto Repair perform the needed repairs at a cost of $1,339.75. I am placing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
