Wednesday March 19th this company called my business. They provided business information to my receptionist that included business tax information. This information should have never been discussed with anyone. The information shared may result in poor trust and loss of employees.

In our work in resolving delinquent tax issues for businesses, we initially make a call to the business to see if the debt has already been settled. Such was this case, and our girl did as she always does and made initial contact. We have NO  control over who answers the phone, and while we ask to speak to the owner, sometimes the person answering asks questions as to the nature of the call before putting the owner on with us. While we seek to be discreet about the information given, if asked directly we will say it is a tax issue. This sometimes upsets the business owner (as in this case) and that is understandable that they wish their employees were not informed of the delinquency. While it is not our desire to do so, sometimes the one who answers asks very specific questions in order to transfer the call, and it is unavoidable on our part but to give some correct information.

We are happy to discontinue our efforts at contact in this case, and sorry for the discomfort caused, but doing our job sometimes results in an unhappy owner who is seeking to not disclose to employees the challenge they have with unpaid taxes. It is an unfortunate occasional happening in this industry.

I hire the company with a time sensitive matter to resolve, my tax issue I was promised the world and it took from the day that I start the payment to the time I got a phone call 15 days meanwhile the company charged me by time after me waiting for so long I complain it that the enrolled agent that was taking care of my case she claim that they couldn't get a hold of the inspector at the ********** of ******* which it wasn't true I got two phone calls from them and that was taken too long to resolve the issue in the meantime they charged me $5,000 with another payment of $2,500 coming I have resolved my issue myself without their help they lie to me and telling me they couldn't get a hold of them it was because of their inaction and not being proactive about my situation which they made it worse. I repeatedly requested a refund because I done more work than they have done and they have a policy 100% money back guarantee if they don't get the resolution them which they haven't it's been over a month since I hire this firm and they are the worst they have never returned my phone calls they are a scam, I want a full refund asap I keep calling leaving messages with no response including *************** I believe one of the owners who have been terrible sold me and never call me back

We were engaged by this client to resolve a state tax issue, and initially were unable to communicate by phone because no answer or voicemail, so used email. Then he was out of state, which further delayed his availability for our initial interaction. Our interaction with his Revenue Officer revealed no tax filings or business returns, and a large debt, and the state was levying his bank account (this is not unusual in such cases). The state was at a point of considering seizure of the business (closing him down and revoking his business license). We take very seriously such circumstances, and advised him to immediately make some payment, which he agreed to do to prevent seizure.

Far from inaction on our part, we were progressing nicely when he informed us he had hired someone locally to assist him with his debt. We do indeed have a written money back guarantee, which is in the event WE CANNOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE.  Such was not the case for him, and rarely do challenging tax issues like his get resolved quickly. Because of inaction on his part in not filing or paying the meal taxes, he had put his business in jeopardy before ever engaging our company. Twice he was encouraged to let us finish what we had begun and he had paid for, but he chose to threaten us with a BBB complaint instead.
