On October 11, 2023 I ordered 4 products from EMF Harmony from Life Harmony Energies, **** I spent a total of $201.59 (ORDER#*****). 3 of the products (rubber band bracelets) I received and began use immediately. The fourth product (car harmonizer) remained unopened because I was unsure of its usefulness. Within the first week, the 3 bracelets, became unusable - 2 ripped and the last of the 3 was misplaced. I did not try and return these 3 products (even though I should have based on poor quality) because we had used them. I did decide to return the fourth product (total value $75.65) since it remained unused and still in original packaging. I initiated my return via their website (emf-harmony.com) and shipped the product back with tracking. It arrived to their address (******************* 400) on Saturday November 11, 2023. The company confirmed receipt of it. I asked about my refund via email ********************************** and they claimed it was not in new condition, which was NOT the case when I mailed the product back to them. So now they have both the returned unused product and the money I paid for it with zero plans to reimburse me.Business response

Our return policy clearly states that items must be in new and unused condition to be returned for a refund:
************************************************************The item received back from this customer was damaged, as documented in the attached pictures taken upon receipt of the product in our warehouse. We offered to return the item back to the customer since it is still functional, but unfortunately she responded with abusive language and did not reply to our offer.
We process 1500 orders per month on our websites and are very fair with our customers and issue refunds gladly when the policies are followed.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not see any damage in the photos except for what looks like flecks of dust. In your response, you said it is fully functional. It is a non-powered product with intact adhesive backing - the same exact condition as when I received it. I followed the rules and mailed you back the product unused. I would like my money back.

Our returns are processed by a third party company whom we trust completely, and there is no reason or incentive for them to be untruthful about the condition of the item they received. If they say it was not in new and unused condition, then it was not.As a gesture of good faith, we will refund 50% of the price of the Harmonizer Car. We will not reply to any further messages regarding this issue.
