I wish my experience with ******* "*****" Chaym ****** and Mile High Renovations and Repair was an exception, but unfortunately, it aligns with the numerous complaints I found online. My hope in sharing this review is to warn others and encourage thorough research before considering their services.*****'s track record with Mile High Renovations and Repair in *******, including lawsuits and bankruptcy, should have raised red flags.We hired ***** for multiple properties, investing thousands of dollars. However, the quality of work was abysmal. Flooring, in particular, proved to be a disaster. The $3,600 basement floor installation in one property was riddled with issues, causing the entire floor to buckle, peak, cup, and break within a month. Seven different inspectors and contractors confirmed *****'s work was done incorrectly and unprofessionally.*****'s refusal to take responsibility, blaming the product, was infuriating. Professional opinions highlighted various installation failures, from inadequate spacing to improper planking patterns. The resulting damage not only cost us the installation fees and flooring expenses but also led to a vacant unit and potential repair costs ranging from $2,000 to a staggering $15,000.*****'s lack of professionalism extended beyond the shoddy workmanship. Leaving cigarette butts in our driveway and suggesting an unreliable trash removal contact reflected his disregard for basic courtesy. Another property's stairs, installed by *****, posed a liability risk when they came loose within a week, requiring additional charges for repairs.Considering the financial losses and business disruption, I urge others to avoid Mile High Renovations and Repair. *****'s inexperience and lack of accountability make him an unreliable and costly choice for any project. Unfortunately, this same experience happened at another property he installed tile in. The entire tile floor needed replacement just a year and a half later.

I have no idea who this us. Never had a customer with this name.  I smell a rat because the description of work doesn't match what I've done. Seems fabricated
