I have **** landline telephone service for years. Several months ago I contacted **** Billing to discuss ways to reduce my bill, and without my knowledge, information or consent that person terminated my telephone service. Once I realized I had a "dead" telephone, I called **** on 8/15/23 to inform them and they signed me up for New Customer *************************** When that new service started around 9/7/23, I was unable to access Retrieved Messages. I called Technical reps THREE times for a total of over 5 hours and they could not resolve the issue, including on 10/20/23. The tech rep on 10/20/23, after trying for 60 minutes to fix the service, advised the service was "set up incorrectly", causing the problem, and advised me to ask *************** to cancel my phone service as it had been "incorrectly set up" and to sign up for new telephone service. While doing this, still on 10/20/23, the retention employee, ******, said she would try to "back out" the $35.00 Activation fee if the system would let her do so. She was unable to do so, and I asked for a supervisor. A supervisor named ***** called me and from the getgo I knew he had to intention of crediting me the $35.00, even though I explained none of this was my fault (initial termination of service, unable to fix being unable to retrieve voice mail messages, calling 3 times to tech ****** and the computer system would not let ****** "back out" the $35. ***** the "customer service supervisor" and I got into a shouting match as he tried to sell me another product of upgrading internet speed and getting some sort of credit. I said I just wanted the $35.00 Activation Fee be waived, as none of this was my fault. He was rude, obnoxious, completely NOT customer service oriented, and left me feeling shaken and exhausted after being on the telephone much of the day (first with ********** then ******, then *****, up to 4 hours of my time. On 5/30/23, I spent 90 min. on the phone with an At&r representative to order three iphone 12 mini's with 128 G all blue. The agent assured me that the order would be correct. I have found out that the order is incorrect. The order was canceled. The agent informed me that they would make my order correct. They said they would transfer me to the **** second level tier to correct the order. I am not going to pay any amounts for an incorrect order. I appreciate your support to have **** to make the order correct. Thank you
