  I hired ****** with All About Landscape to remove and replace two small sections of fencing, Install a vintage gate, roto till the back yard which was not done properly because the machine was too large for the space and the hired young man did not know how to operate the machine properly. Rake and clean up grass and debris after tilling. we went to plan B which was spreading landscape cloth and Pea gravel over the entire area. Install two pieces of Metal trim to hold the pea gravel away from concrete walk, the metal was not installed properly. It should have been installed by cutting a trench with a tool, then setting metal band inside the trench, hammer in metal pins to hold it. He had gravel already placed so that installing the metal bands were much more difficult and looks unprofessional. All work to be preformed included labor and materials according to the written estimate. The fence is not reinstalled properly he left out several screws, he put part of the metal fence back upside down and left out many screws, The right side, facing gate, wobbles very bad, he did not install support. The 4x4 he concreted in on left side is not level multi directions making the gate sit/open crooked. and the wooden pickets are not level, and he left out many screws there as well.Also he was supposed to build up the gravel along the garage wall to slope it. I asked his helped 3 times to do this. He did not.My son died January 18, ****** knew this. I have not been thinking clearly. I feel he took advantage.We requested 450$ of the $940 to be returned to me, He has not returned the money. I then asked him to come fix the problems, he will not. Billing was not done properly, he did not bring me a paid invoice as promised. I will soon have a cancel check. This man is very unprofessional. I allowed use of my tools, and advised him how to level the gate. I assumed he leveled the 4x4 holding gate. he did not.I tried to call your office several times to get help adding photos. No answer, I left two messages.I am asking for $450 out of the $940 I paid to be returned to me so that I can have work redone.
