            This complaint concerns the re-roofing of our home. The roofers damaged the electrical when tearing off the existing roof. Because they failed to hire a reputable and licensed electrician to correct the problem it caused a delay in the project. The roofers then failed to adequately protect the roof from rain while awaiting the electrical repair and our home has now sustained water damage. Additionally, the roof that they have replaced has not passed final inspection due to water pooling/negative slope of the roof. The company owners admitted that: 1) the roof should have been properly tarped to protect the home from water damage in the event of rain while awaiting the electrical repair, and 2) the negative slope of the roof should have been recognized at the start of the project.

            A good contractor is hard to come by so when you find a good one its important to hang onto them! My husband and I are so grateful to have found **** and his team at Best Roof Roofing. We have worked with them on several projects and each time they were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Their work is high-quality and their pricing is very competitive. **** is great at communication which helps keep anxiety down during projects. House projects are always stressful and **** and his team make the process easy. We will happily use Best Roof Roofing for all our roofing projects.
