  I joined the ladies night golf events at the **** Mastriona golf course at Hyland Hills for the full series of 9 events (every second Thursday night from May 18th to Sept 7th). 3 of these events were cancelled over the series of events due to inclement weather and we were supposed to be refunded for the events. For over 8 weeks we have spoken in person, by email and on the phone *********************, ********************* and the General Manager ***************. We were repeatedly told our refunds would be reversed back to our credit cards and 2 of the other ladies I play with have also not received their refunds-*************************** and *************************. They have repeatedly told us that they are having issues reversing the charges with the new registration system they used this year and because ours were credit cards taken over the phone they are struggling to get their accounting department to reverse the charges. Last Thursday night they told us they had a meeting with the accounting department the next day, Friday. They have come back to us multiple times asking for more information, supplying them with our credit card number again, then phone number, then address. For me, the credit did show up as pending on my credit card on September 7th and has since disappeared from my account and not been refunded to my card. I feel that we have been very reasonable and provided them with everything they have asked of us up to this point-I just want the refund that is due to me from the golf course at this point.

  We sincerely regret the frustration and inconvenience that this issue caused for **********************, ********************,and **************. All three refunds have since been issued, and we have credited each of their accounts with a complimentary round of golf, cart, and range ***** which they may use on any of our courses at their convenience.
  
  We pride ourselves on customer service and acknowledge that we did not meet our standards in this instance. We appreciate our patrons cooperation in remedying this issue and hope to see them return soon.
