I have been waiting for my refund check. I contacted them on 10-8-23 to cancel my warranty. Tried calling them back goes to voice mail saying they are having a increase in call from October price increase. Message hasn’t change in two month and no return calls. My refund is for 1660.52. Any help would be appreciated i have stop friends from purchasing from them with my experience.

The refund check #***** in the amount of $1,660.52 was issued for ****** ***** on 12-5-23 and mailed on 12-6-23.
He was notified of this by email on 12-5-23, see attached.
I called the customer on 12-12-23 and explained this to him.
