I purchased handrails from this vendor via their online store on 1/22/23. The total including tax was $786.66. Their website permits up to 6 weeks delivery. After this timeframe passed, I reached out to seller on 3/6/23 asking for an update on my order. They responded on 3/13/23 and indicated my order would ship in two weeks, if I still wanted it as well as a partial refund. I replied that was acceptable. To date, I have yet to receive my order or a refund or another communication from the seller. My last attempt to contact them was 4/7/23 and they have not responded to my request for an update and firm delivery date or a refund. At this point, I just want what was ordered or my money back. This customer was emailed with the option for a full refund or a partial refund and the items still shipped once we get them back from the powder coaters as we hit a significant delay in manufacturing.
