She is a scam artist. Sells cars that are barely fixed. Does not answer calls for over a week and will deny hearing and blatant noises. 1st car had transmission issues, she kept denying it was making high pitch squeals (she didn't even register it and had me driving around for over a week under a dealer plate. Eventually She tried giving me another car. After I waited a month for her to register car (gave many excuses why it was taking so long, blaming the dmv) I got car and it has cost me over $800/mth in repairs since April 2021. First month was bad rotors and brakes followed by finding their was oil leaking into the antifreeze. Then alternator went and I had to pay for towing and repairs. The cat converter was also found to be bad after I got the car. Just paid $850 to have check engine code fixed for multiple cylinder misfires. And now I have to get more work done because there are still many issues with it. She delays you getting the car from the time you buy it so it can not be taken to dmv for inspection. She'll also not answer you for weeks to delay time as well. I was charged over $7000 for a car that is costing me over $800/mth to continues have repaired. On top of the $200/mth loan payment (even after I paid a $5000 down payment that was priced at $6100. She also snuck in a $800 prep fee (which there was obviously no prep done seeing as how oil was leaking into antifreeze and the brakes were bad). She also snuck in a $1500 warranty. She did not show me any physical paperwork and signed my name electronically herself. She even spelt my name wrong in signature. I didn't even have the chance to say no to the car and that I wanted my money back. Not to mention She didn't transfer my registration from old vehicle, she got new registration and my old plates where never cancelled. So I got charged over $200 by the dmv because those plates had no insurance. I didn't even have the old vehicle!
