      We were out on a rainy Saturday just looking at several different dealers & RV's to get an idea of what we might upgrade too. We stopped at Lee's. We were looking around when Russ caught up to us. He showed us the several Class A's that they had. We took a 2020 ******* for a test drive. We thanked Russ for his time and went home to discuss what we ahd seen that day. We called Russ on Monday to tell him we were interested in purchasing the ******** We made trade in and final closing cost arraignments. On Wednesday we picked up the ******** There were a couple things that we wanted done that would have to be scheduled for later. We took the ********on a shakedown cruise to Vt for the weekend. We found several minor issues. Called Tom in service Monday morning. Made arraignments to drop off the ********that day even though it wasn't scheduled to be worked on until Wednesday. On Wednesday afternoon Tom called to say everything was fixed and we could pick it up. From the time Russ met us until we picked up the ********our interaction with all of the staff at Lee's has been fantastic. We felt no pressure from Russ to buy anything. When Scott walked us through the coach when we first picked it up, he made note of several things that needed to be addressed. As I mentioned we found a couple minor issues which were all taken care of when we dropped it off. We have nothing but good things to say about Lee's and the staff there

      Living at a great distance from CT, I contacted Stefanie at Lee’s Auto & RV Ranch to consign my 5th wheel. I’d explained to Stefanie that our Pick-up was stolen and we could no longer use the 5th wheel. She was anxious to consign it and contacted me desperately for days to finalize the contract. I’d informed Stefanie several times that I’d prefer to examine the condition of the RV and empty my belongings prior to visiting her office. She insisted that this would interfere with her impending shortened workday, and delay her significant plans to leave for the day. She insisted that I rush to effectuate the contract. I had an opportunity to visit her office whilst I was traveling from Montreal. She’d forwarded me a copy of a condition report to peruse, without any expectation or discussion of photographs, and I was able to verbally verify that the condition of the 2018 Winnebago ****** *** was in excellent working condition and was ready for their safety inspection. She was anxious to receive their $950 fees for the detail and the safety inspection. Two days later, Stefanie contacted me and insisted that the paint was dull and suggested a $5000 paint job would show the trailer better. I was inclined to agree. She informed me that she’d speak to the body shop to get a quote and contact me back. Upon her return call she then upped the quote to $12,500 for a complete paint job. I can paint my Rolls Royce for less. I determined that this was all a set-up to abuse my vulnerability and gauge me for a service visit. I rejected the quote and Stefanie wrongly terminated our in-force contract and insisted that I pay for the removal of the RV and the return of the trailer back to storage. The contract never specified any paint brilliance specifications nor did the condition assessment checklist. This was a move to exploit our vulnerability and to solicit unnecessary services. Stefanie is a pure predator and I warn you to steer clear of this establishment.

      We purchased a camper from Lee's Auto Ranch in March of 2021 and the unit has had numerous warranty issues that it in the shop being repaired more nights than we have been able to use it. Besides the mechanical issues with the unit Lee's has charged us large amounts of money for warranty repairs by stating the factory will only cover so much and so they have to charge us for the rest. Simple repairs such as a shower door that does close, a defective faucet, faulty pressure relief valve, etc. have cost us hundreds of dollars to repair and we have only use the unit for about ten nights. The other concern is no one from Lee's really appears to care about our issues. I have tried on multiple occasions to have someone from management to call me to discuss the issues but my requests have fallen on deaf ears. We truly regret having purchased our unit from Lee's as they do not stand by their products and charge huge amounts of money for repairs for what should be warranty items.

      We simple don't agree with M* **** with all his complaints. We have fixed many of his concerns under the factory warranty with no out of pocket cost to him. Now that his factory warranty is expired the extended warranty company will cover some of the repair cost and we are working hard to minimize any out of pocket cost to Mr. Rand. management has been fully informed and has been responding accordingly to only charge Mr. Rand a minimum time spent on his unit since he is a customer. We currently have Mr. Rand's unit and are making the repairs, so we're really not sure why he is upset. Are rates are in accordance to the RV industry standards.
