I lost a key to used bike that I bought . That being said I need a new ignition and have the bike run threw to make sure it’s safe . Short and sweet being that bike was ****ed and I couldn’t get in the tail I asked them to Inform me if I have power commander in the bike if not I wanted one . Got the call back nothing there . So go head and put it in . Well when picking the bike up I was giving a list of all the old parts and garbage ? In that box was a used power commander , so they lied to me and told me the bike didn’t have one and then charged me for one . That being said when they turned the bike on it was flashing a F1 code , this was not there when I dropped it . And best part is they thought I never turned it on and told me it was there when I dropped it off which is false . I got burned for 1900 dollars …. Wait it gets better . They forgot to reinstall vacuum line on the gas tank ….. and never even mapped the power commander …. I was told they mapped it for race filter and yoshi pipe ….. best part is there’s a map for my exhaust on the software which proves they never loaded anythingBusiness response

Our service manager, Eric B****, contacted Mr. ******** to discuss and attempt to resolve his complaint on Saturday 4/2/22, and refunded Mr. ********** credit card the amount of $1,000.00 which was mutually agreed upon. Mr. ******** told Eric that he would contact you and tell you the case was resolved to his satisfaction, but apparently that call has not been made.
Those are the pertinent details, I am assuming that will suffice. Eric is out of the area on vacation this week, so if you need detail case information I will have to defer to him when he comes back on April 11. That does not leave too much time, which is another reason I am replying (instead of the person who contacted Mr. ******** directly).
