RUDE RUDE RUDE! Terrible Customer Service. The employees at this establishment are rude, condescending, lack general respect for public. Your towing employee has several bad reviews on google and I can now see that I am very much not alone. Validating my experience as inappropriate and wrong. Seems the business as a whole is supported by the community, for now. Negative interaction with a couple of their employees. Lack of signage caused several cars to be towed in a local lot that I have parked in for several years. They demanded cash only for payment, and demanded over 100 dollars for a 35 second drop. ..calling it " a deal". Employee was aggressive, inappropriately mocking; rude. There were several cars in the lot, all good folks who work on the busy main street. Now that WE have been held accountable for THEIR lack of signage, we know not to park there, but that's really not my point. There's a specific way to go about service. the community services you and keeps your doors open. and in return you show the greatest amount of disrespect from both the on site employee and the "manager" who laughed at my complaint when I called to ask if this kind of behavior was normal. It's a shame to know these kinds of people remain successful and it motivates me to take the L and hope that bringing it to others attention will, over time, prove to make a difference. 0
