Oct.2, we bought a kitten, paid$2,366.28 The store had guarantee us that the kitten was healthy and had all shots which they provided the proof of. first visit was on 10/21/2022 for watery discharge and sneezing Dr. N***** provided some medicines Dr. N***** also noticed that the kitten (*******) also had additional health concerns. He was diagnosed with a respiratory infection; ear infection and he was not dewormed. On 10/25/22 ******* second vet appt about eyes concern Dr. N***** suggested to see an eye specialist since his condition was not getting better The second week of April I noticed some changes in my Cat, on April 14th. Dr. N***** suggested to do a blood work and provided some medication April 20th we received the news our cat has FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) based on the blood work, FIP is a deadly sickness which has 100% mortality rate. which explains why ******* has issues with his eyes. To confirm this was Dry FIP Dr. N***** suggested to do a second blood work testing for Coronavirus since FIP is the mutation of corona virus if ******* came back positive this would confirm the diagnosis the blood was done on April 20th and by April 23rd the diagnosis was confirmed. the amount of pain my family has suffer is unacceptable the kitten is only 10 months old. I called the owner of the store, and he didn’t show any empathy, I love my cat so much, hurts me to see him in pain, watching him deteriorate daily and knowing that there is nothing we can do to help. The lack of unprofessionalism we encounter from this store is not acceptable. When purchasing my kitten, we mentioned that we have two other cats at home, and the owners didn’t say anything about his infections which could have potentially spread to the other cats thankfully they are okay and super healthy. What we want from this is a reimbursement for all the vet bills and a refund of the cat we also hope that this store can go into a review and investigation of how they are keeping their animals,

So I had purchased a puppy from a pet store as I went in he told us his dogs are from reputable breeders which as a customer I take your word on it, come to find out when were able to take the dog home a few hours later me and my girlfriend realized something was wrong they told us their vet checked the dog out and was cleared to go home but the same day we took her home we took her to our personal vet she was diagnosed with kennel cough and double ear infection, so the businesses vet allowed a sick dog to go home cause they wanted it gone, so we were stuck with a vet bill which the store ended up paying for, now couple months pass and we have to take our pupp back to the vet and days later sadly we had to put here down cause of the issues she had when we got her never allowed her to heal right she ended up having aspiration ammonia which is curable but cause the fact her lungs were damaged as a puppy she had no chance, after that we contact the pet store cause we were still in our return policy etc and they didn’t wanna work with us so me and my girlfriend did a little searching on the dogs breeder ( we have paperwork givin to us) and the business owner cause the results we got from the vet showed she was a puppy mill dog, she had more than one thing wrong with her, so come to find out the breeder he got it from is top 3 puppy mills in *********, but when we bought the dog he told us it was from reputable breeders which was not the case, also we looked into the owner and other review we aren’t the first one this happened to and come to find out the owner was arrested on animal neglect so how is he even able to still own a pet store so long story short we were lied to where the dog came from then when we proved paperwork they didn’t wanna refund the money so all set and done I paid 3200$ for a dog I only had for 10 months still a puppy and 4500$ vet bill cause he sold us a sick dog that came from a puppy mill, his business is dirty and treats his employees unfair
